Judge replaced for Karmelo Anthony hearing

The trial judge for Carmelo Anthony has been recused as the North Texas teen seeks a new murder trial. A visiting judge ruled that Judge John Roach must be removed after it was revealed he gave a televised interview praising the original guilty verdict. A retired judge from Kaufman County will now oversee the motion for a new trial.
