Judge recused in Karmelo Anthony appeal hearing

Judge John Roach has been recused from the Carmelo Anthony murder case after the defense argued he lacked impartiality. A retired judge, Michael Chitty, will now preside over the appeal hearing to determine if Anthony, currently serving a 35-year sentence for the stabbing of Austin Metcalf, is entitled to a new trial.
