Apples - 1.2 kg (peeled weight)
Semolina - 1 cup (160 g)
Flour - 1 cup (130 g)
Sugar - 1 cup (180-200 g)
Milk - 200 ml
Baking powder - 2 tsp (10 g) - optional (I didn't add any this time)
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Vanilla sugar - 8-10 g
Butter - 50 g
