Tom is the UK and European Street Basketball Champion and holds 17 basketball world records—more than any individual in basketball history and more than the entire Harlem Globetrotters team combined. His dominance on the streetball scene is undeniable, and for many years he was one of the most-viewed streetball players in the world. Throughout his career, Tom was consistently recognised by fans, streetball websites, online polls, message boards, and basketball communities as one of the world's elite streetball players, regularly ranking among the Top 10 streetball players in the world. His achievements have cemented his reputation as the greatest streetball player to come out of Europe and one of the most influential streetball players of all time, securing his place in the history books and leaving a legacy that continues to inspire future generations of players and fans.
As a member of the legendary AND1 Streetball team and the founder of Streetball Extreme—widely regarded as Europe's biggest and most successful streetball team, and considered by many fans to be one of the top two or three streetball teams of all time—Tom created opportunities for more than 50 players to perform on the biggest stages. Through national and international tours, television shows, DVDs, live events, competitions, and media appearances, Streetball Extreme helped launch and showcase some of Europe's finest streetball talent while taking European streetball to a global audience.
Off the court, Tom has made over 30,000 live appearances worldwide and was the face of UK basketball for more than 15 years. As a UK Sporting Champion Ambassador, he has inspired the next generation through schools, community projects, coaching clinics, and national events. His media career includes more than 100 TV and online productions, international broadcasts, documentaries, and collaborations with some of the world's biggest brands.
With a career spanning more than 23 years, Tom has built strong relationships with organisations including the Olympic Committee, Sport England, Sport Wales, Basketball England, Basketball Wales, and many other governing bodies. Even in retirement, he remains actively involved in basketball and streetball projects around the world, continuing to promote and grow the game he loves.
