Lawsuit filed by 3 men who claim they were wrongfully arrested in Yonkers set to go to trial next month

Three Bronx men are heading to a civil trial against the city of Yonkers after claiming they were racially profiled and wrongfully arrested for mailbox thefts in 2018. Although all charges were eventually dismissed and a former USPS employee was later arrested for the crimes, the men allege the ordeal caused severe emotional and professional damage.
