ICE agents could soon have 'shock gloves'

ICE is planning to spend up to $20 million on non-lethal electric shock gloves to help officers manage unruly individuals and ensure safety. While the agency cites a massive increase in assaults against its officers as justification, critics, including New York Attorney General Letitia James, argue the devices may violate constitutional laws and the Administrative Procedure Act.
