I can't believe this jackass broke the law, and then told me to put it on YouTube. He was completely entitled and thought the fact he lives on Sanibel gives him some special privileges. I'd just like "Dick" to learn the real rules about Florida wildlife, so with any luck I can get this to FWC along with his name. Thanks in advance for any help!
