Severe thunderstorm warnings remain in effect across DC region

A severe line of thunderstorms is currently moving through the D.C. metro area and surrounding regions of Maryland and Virginia. The storm system is bringing heavy rain, damaging winds, and lightning, with several severe thunderstorm warnings in effect.
