Starlink Targets $1T Mark

SpaceX CEO Elon Musk said Starlink could eventually generate more than one trillion dollars in annual revenue by carrying more than half of global Internet traffic, according to Benzinga. Responding to comments from angel investor David Friedberg, Musk said growing use of A.I. and robotics will drive a massive increase in bandwidth demand, creating room for Starlink to expand beyond its current satellite Internet business. The billionaire said A.I. and robotics will sharply increase demand for data transfer, driving massive growth in bandwidth needs. He projected Starlink could capture at least 25 percent of the communications market outside China, generating more than 500 billion dollars in annual revenue. Angel investor David Friedberg said Starlink alone could reach a one trillion dollar valuation within 18 months and generate 30 billion dollars in free cash flow within a year.
