The Secret to Perfectly Soft Mousse Brownie Cupcakes

#chocolate #dessert #recipe
These chocolate mousse brownie cupcakes combine two classic desserts into one easy recipe! Each individual dessert features a soft, fudgy chocolate brownie base topped with a light and airy chocolate mousse that melts in your mouth.
The best part about this easy chocolate dessert is the texture: the homemade chocolate mousse is made without gelatin or cream cheese, using simple ingredients for a smooth and creamy finish. Since they are made as single-serving mini chocolate cakes, they are super convenient to prepare ahead and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
