Teen killed in highway crash by alleged drunk driver

Jonathan Samuel Moses, a 33-year-old man, has been charged with intoxication manslaughter after causing a multi-vehicle crash on US Highway 380. The accident resulted in the death of 19-year-old college student Crystal DeLuna. Moses, who admitted to drinking before the crash, has a history of multiple DUI convictions across several states.
