Police say 19-year-old shot 4 in Vine City

Nineteen-year-old Naeem Smith has been charged with murder, aggravated assault, and armed robbery following a quadruple shooting at the Flats apartment complex in Vine City. The incident resulted in the death of 35-year-old Damasio Skelton Jr., a former star football player at Georgia State University.
