Police: Drunk mom passed out while apartment fills with smoke

Police rescued a two-year-old girl from a smoke-filled home in the Phoenix area after a pizza burned in a microwave. The toddler was found barely conscious in a car seat, while her mother was passed out on the floor due to intoxication. Both were transported to the hospital for medical treatment.
