Driver rescued from sinking car at New Smyrna Beach boat ramp

Two Good Samaritans saved a driver in New Smyrna Beach after his Chevy Impala drove straight into a boat ramp and submerged. Cody Swavely and another bystander jumped into the water immediately, pulling the buckled driver from the sinking vehicle just seconds before it was completely underwater. The driver is currently recovering.
