New apartments open in Racine

To address a critical housing shortage, Racine has opened Pritchard Park Place Apartments, a new complex featuring 266 units built on the site of the former Regency Mall. Developed by Hall Property Group through a public-private partnership and a TIF agreement, the project aims to help the city meet its goal of adding 855 residential units annually through 2029.
