ABANDONED St Thomas Psychiatric Hospital Reveals What They Left Behind [4K Video]

Left completely empty since 2013, this abandoned psychiatric hospital in St. Thomas, Ontario is still guarded by a security patrol — and we went in anyway. Nine pavilions, an untouched morgue, and one room nobody expected still standing.

The Ontario Hospital, St. Thomas opened in 1939 and once held over 2,400 patients before shutting its doors for good in 2013. Today the province has approved demolition of all 22 historic buildings to make way for housing — so this footage may be one of the last full documented walkthroughs before it's gone forever.
