Former Milwaukee city attorney Tearman Spencer guilty of misconduct

Former Milwaukee City Attorney Tierman Spencer has been convicted of felony misconduct in office for using his position to block property inspections and avoid fees on a site where he stored cars. While acquitted of a misdemeanor obstruction charge, he faces sentencing in September and remains embroiled in additional criminal cases involving real estate fraud and bail jumping.
