Hey everybody, welcome back.
This is Brad over here at Chattanooga Fish and Fun.
Here at Fish and Fun, we sell Ranger boats and Lance campers.
I've got one tucked away around back.
It's going out tomorrow.
It's a custom order 2026 Lance 2255.
A lot of people have been wanting to see me
do a travel trailer, so here we go.
We're looking at one today.
So the 2255 kind of reminds me of like an in-between model
of like if a 1985 and a 2445 got together and had a baby.
This is kind of the in-between model of those two.
A little bit bigger than a 1985,
a little bit smaller than a 2445.
Weight's right there in the middle.
Your back end of the trailer is a bathroom
and then the front end's like the 2445,
closed off and has the nice size closet and everything,
walking space around both corners.
So we're looking at a total weight of 5,993 pounds.
We've got a 45-gallon fresh water tank,
a 40-gallon gray water tank,
and a 40-gallon onboard black water tank.
The base price starts out at $60,314.
The factory options and destination charge,
add, let's see, $12,748 for factory options
and $2,911.25 for destination charge,
bringing our total MSRP to $75,973.25.
Now, like I said, that's MSRP.
It means meaningless suggested retail pricing.
You need to call in, get the BSRP.
That's Brad's suggested retail pricing
and it's much better than this.
Let's check out the inside.
Walking inside the camper,
I'm gonna point out the door here real quick.
You got this nice shade that comes up,
blocks the peeping toms.
We got a little bit of like magazine
or DVD storage here in the door.
And then right when we're walking in,
we got our TorqLift Glow Steps
that tuck up nice and neat and out of the way.
Let's see.
Also, we have this nice bug screen to keep our bugs out.
Unless you like camping with them,
then we can have that open.
Got our nice little key rack here on the side.
Easy to get to, fire extinguisher.
So inside, this kind of gives you an idea of layout
and then we'll get a little bit more detail.
Bathroom in the back there.
Let's just start in on the back end of the trailer here.
Okay, so here we have the bathroom.
And like I said, this kind of reminds me of the 1985
because the 1985, the whole back end is a bathroom.
It's just not as big as this unit
and it doesn't have the closed off bed section.
So nice size shower.
Check this out.
Here I am inside the shower.
I got plenty of shoulder space, plenty of head space
and I got shoes on that make me about four foot taller.
So plenty of room.
This is adjustable here.
You can move the shower head up or down.
And then we also have the shower mizer system
where, so we're not wasting water
while we're waiting on the water to heat up,
which by the way, this has about an instant.
It is an instant water heater.
It's a Truma Aqua Go,
but you still got to wait about 15, 20 seconds there
for it to get a reliable stream of hot water.
While we're waiting on that, we flip this switch down
and it'll circulate the water in it until it heats up.
And this will turn from blue to clear.
So that's a neat little ordeal.
Then we got our magnetic closing door, just like that.
Open.
We've got a little bit of space over here on the side.
Got a shelf in there that we can set to any level.
Then we got us a little pullout door.
Ceramic toilet or porcelain toilet, excuse me.
And look at this, plenty of space.
I got my little arm rest here like I'm on the throne.
You got your resters, you got your leaners,
and you got your hunchers.
I don't know what style you are,
but I'm kind of more of a rester
unless things are getting serious.
We got us plenty of knee space.
Door here that we can open.
And let's see, pull that, yeah.
Close the door, you got your privacy.
And that does lock all the way in too, by the way.
But towel rack, mirror, we can check ourselves out.
Little bit of storage there.
Medicine, shaving cream, stuff like that.
Elevated bowl, I think that's super fancy.
Looks cool.
Got our window in here.
These are usable windows too, by the way.
Look how far these kick out.
Then you take your little thing here on the side,
tighten that up, and there you go.
You got your usable window.
We got our bug screen and our night shade.
We can block everybody out from seeing our naked,
you know what I mean, boobies.
All right, pull out door, little bit of storage.
Some more storage.
We got plenty of storage in this camper.
Check that out, little cubby holes.
110 outlets for our curling irons, straighteners,
what have it.
All right, moving on to the kitchen.
Pretty good sized kitchen here.
We also have two little counters that kick out.
Let's see if I can get this one to stick one handed.
Oh yeah.
And this one, there we go.
All right, we're locked in.
Got more, that allows us a little bit more prep area,
a little bit more countertop space.
Then of course you have your cutouts
that go to cover this too,
giving you a flush counter area over the sink
and then over your garbage can in the back as well.
Cold and hot water run to this.
It's like that little farmhouse style look, pretty neat.
Got cabinets right here.
110 outlet in case we wanted to install
a microwave over here.
This would be where your microwave would go
if you wanted one.
This is our oven.
It's a three burner stovetop with a nice oven,
large enough to throw a DiGiorno pizza in.
This thing's cool.
It's like a little digital style on.
And you got your oven.
You can set the temperature for the oven here
and everything.
Pretty neat ordeal.
Well, let's see, over here on the wall,
we're looking at our solar controller.
We're looking at the battery levels,
freshwater tank level, black and gray.
Like I said, this is 45 gallon capacity,
40 gallon and 40 gallon.
We got our water pump on.
That way we can run our water through the system
and pull from that freshwater tank.
Or of course, like any traditional RV,
you can plug in on the side
and have that forced water from the campsite.
Sink and soffit lights.
That's pretty much it over here.
I mean, we got a couple little pullout doors, of course.
Good for silverware.
Underneath storage.
Yeah.
There's the back end of our Truma AquaGo
tankless water heater.
Then also over here, what is this?
Pulls out.
Look at that.
I was over here thinking that this was a cabinet.
I ain't even opened this door yet.
That's neat.
That's like a sliding pantry.
That's huge.
That is very neat.
Look at that.
Another little pullout door.
So we are definitely not lacking on storage in this unit.
We even got it built into the wall over here.
Very creative space.
I mean, the storage in this one's phenomenal.
Very cool.
And all these are adjustable too.
You can set these at any height.
Or you can just take them out.
Got our two-way fridge.
So right now, I think we're on gas.
Yep.
We got mode auto for electric or gas.
Then we can manually select electric
and then we can manually select gas.
It's a nice fridge.
Five cubic foot.
Pretty good size.
Look at this huge dinette too.
This is like the same size dinette that's in that 2445.
It's massive.
This is your side super slide
that this is tucked away in.
And it is a massive U-shaped dinette.
Let me make this into a bed for you so you can see.
All right.
So this is our dinette made into a bed.
And I actually went ahead and measured this as well.
That measuring app on the iPhone.
Super handy dandy, right?
So this is 74 inches by 48 inches.
So we're talking six foot two by 74 inches.
And I'm an adult.
At least everybody says I am anyways.
I'm 28.
So let's see what I look like on.
All right, let's watch me lay down here.
Oh yeah.
Oh yeah, plenty of space.
I mean plenty.
And I got room to scoot over too
and have room for a second.
Oh yeah.
Plenty of room.
So all you're doing when you make this into a bed
is removing the table by pulling the pole out,
taking the tabletop,
laying it down right there on these two ledges.
And then you take that cushion that was on the back there,
throw it under here out of the way.
That way everything's tucked away out of the way.
And then you take these two backing cushions
and throw them in the middle.
Easy as that.
All right, so there we are
made back into the U-shaped dinette.
Now these windows, there, there,
and up in the bed area, even the front window,
just like you saw in the bathroom,
these all kick out as well.
That's that dual pane acrylic style window.
We don't use glass.
Glass isn't a very usable window.
It kicks out like three inches, if that.
Look how far out these go.
This is what you want.
Almost got it right there one-handed.
But anyways, that's what you want right there.
And then you have these little pool shades that come down.
Got your day shade, block out the bugs.
And then you got your night shade.
So I want this one down right now.
I wanna leave that open.
Okay, so glass as a conductor, these are not.
This is about as close to insulation as you can get.
These are true four season campers.
That's why we have these windows as well.
All right, we got USB DC outlet here, two 110s.
You know you gotta have the room for,
or the plug-ins for charging phones and stuff nowadays,
right?
We got us a TV here, good size TV.
It is a smart TV, so it's got all your apps preloaded,
like Netflix, all that fun stuff.
JBL speaker with a subwoofer down at the bottom.
And look at this guy.
So instead of burning up gas,
if you wanted to save your gas,
you can turn this guy on right here,
get your romantic little fire going,
and then turn the heat on.
So that's gonna blow heat right out of this area right here
and allow us to warm ourselves up
without burning up our gas.
And it also helps to regulate interior temperature.
That way, again, you're not burning up as much gas.
Ducted AC throughout the camper.
Let me get that turned on for you.
All right, so I turned our AC on through our panel here.
So we got air blowing throughout this camper,
got it feeling good.
You can't even hardly hear it.
Got my sticky right up to it, can you hear that?
Super quiet though.
Anyways, here we are in the bed area, look at this.
So this is what I'm saying reminds me of the 2445,
the bed area does.
And then you have this nice walk-in closet over here.
Look at that, this is a great size closet
for this camper here.
But anyways, so here we are in the bed area.
This is what you don't have in the 1985.
The 1985, you're usually gonna have like a Murphy bed
with a couch slash bed that you make into at night.
We've got mirrors right on our closets here,
closets on both sides,
and wireless phone chargers on both sides.
On both sides, we also have 110 outlets
and USB and DC outlets.
My CPAP users, you don't have to run wiring
behind your significant other's head.
Nobody has to get wrapped up and strangled there.
We got us a max air fan in the bed area, plenty of storage.
Like I said, this camper has a lot of storage.
Hers and hers closets, that's what I call them.
And then that big old closet right over here.
Now one other thing I wanna show you that's really cool
is the beds in these lift up to reveal,
you guessed it, more storage.
That was a 32-inch TV, by the way.
Now also in this one, you can get you a second TV
added in the bed area, if wanted.
Little bit more storage, you guessed it, more storage.
And what do we have here?
Oh, just more storage.
But yeah, that's pretty much the inside of this camper.
I don't think I skipped over anything.
So if I did, I'm sure y'all will let me know.
But we're gonna go view the outside now.
All right, so this is a little different.
We're gonna start out on the fun side
and work our way around to the hookup side.
So the fun side over here, we have this auto awning.
It has auto wind sensing, so if it gets too windy,
this guy's gonna roll itself on back in.
It's gonna see itself out.
We have a nice LED light strip at the very end right here.
I don't have it on right now, but surely you can see that.
We may witness itself roll in here in a minute.
But I left that window out.
This just shows you how usable these windows are.
Check that out.
All right, we are True Four Seasons.
We have enclosed basements that allow ducted heat
to keep our tanks and water lines warm.
We're certified green, go earth.
On this side, you're gonna find our vent
for our stovetop here, a patio light
that does amber and white light.
Our Truma AquaGo tankless water heater right here.
Runs on gas.
We've got extra connections for another TV
if we wanted to mount one out here.
The overflow for the freshwater tank.
Water tank fill.
This is 45 gallon.
And then our Dometic 20K BTU furnace.
Look at this.
As you can see here, we don't use crappy tires.
We use the Goodyear Endurance tires.
Give you a look at the axles here.
There we go.
Torsion axles.
No leaf springs.
What else do you wanna see on this side?
Probably this MoRide pool tray system.
Makes it a lot easier where you don't have
to army crawl back in there.
Got plenty of storage space here.
You just slide her back in.
And then we have our table that comes out
and you can put your grill or your hot dog buns
or anything on that.
That's locked, I'll show you the other one.
It's just a battery compartment.
I know the other side's unlocked.
Solar on the side so we can plug in an extra solar panel.
Pretty sure we already added one on top of this one
through the factory, but we'll check
when we do our roof walk.
Smart jack on the front here.
Two and five sixteenths ball.
Oh, electric stabilizers around all four corners.
These are not levelers, they're stabilizers.
Dog lead holder.
Three 20 pound propane tanks underneath that lid there.
Or cover.
All right, so on this side, look what we got here.
This is the hookup side.
We have a compartment that's large enough for a generator.
You can actually put two 2200 watt generators in there.
That's actually what I recommend instead of one big one.
One big one's gonna take just about all of it up
and that's about 100 pounds getting in and out.
Whereas two 2200s that you would wanna run in parallel,
about 47 pounds a piece, boom, boom.
Strap them down.
We also have the main battery disconnect in this compartment
and the other side, what I was wanting to show you is this.
So this is our battery tray.
It slides out just like the other one does,
just like this one.
If you buy through us, we put two 27 deep cycle
marine batteries in and you can also have the option
to upgrade to AGM or lithium if you want to.
We can do that here.
You always wanna make sure that these lock back into place
so they don't slide out on you.
All right, and this door is ventilated too.
And then check this out, magnets to hold it up.
This window pops up, pops out, so does that one
there on the front.
Our massive slide out here on the side, check that out.
Slide out awning cover so we don't have to go up
and sweep pine needles every time we roll it in.
Good size storage, refrigerator vents, and more storage.
I know a drinking game.
Y'all take a shot every time I say storage.
I bet you'd be pretty on the way to the hospital
by the end of this video.
Parking satellite connections.
Now this is the one thing I don't like about this trailer
is the separate, I wish it was one.
It doesn't make sense to me why it's not one.
But yeah, you have a separate drain for your liquid waste,
which they consider the gray tank,
and then a separate one for your body waste,
which they consider the black tank.
You know, I usually like to do the body waste first
and then flush it with the gray.
And this, they don't give you the option to do that,
but you do have the black water flush.
So you have a secondary option there
to be able to flush that tank and get stuff not sticking.
So, but yeah, Lance, listen to me, this needs to be one.
30 amp shore power, city water connection
giving you forced water, black water.
And as you can see, my AC unit
is putting in some OT today, baby.
It's about 86 degrees out here.
Humidity is 77%.
We're rocking and rolling now in Tennessee.
Hot water, cold water, and then your cooled up hose
that inserts here is inside for the outdoor shower.
On the back, we got this tube here.
This is where your stinky slinky goes.
Then you just shove this cap back in there, cover her up.
I'm pretty sure this was another storage compartment.
There's another shot, baby.
Yeah.
Okay, let's check out that roof.
Oh wait, hang on, we got a backup camera too.
Look how beautiful this freaking roof is.
15 year roof warranty on this.
A lot easier to clean than your traditional roof
as well on an RV.
But this is beautiful.
This is work of art.
Everything's so smooth.
The lap sealant looks beautiful.
Fully walk-on roof.
Don't have to worry about falling through.
There's one of our vents.
Here's a fantastic vent in the back.
Skylight.
Wasper trying to get me.
You want to get his little butt.
Truma AC unit.
15K.
Wine guard.
TV antenna.
Or 200 watt solar panel.
Let's see what else you want to see up here.
Then we got the max air fan in the front there.
So awning slide out cover.
Then our awning.
All right everybody, here we are back inside the camper.
Got a lot of noise going on outside
so I'm going to finish up the video in here.
That pretty much completes the tour.
I hope you enjoyed it.
If you did, go ahead and hit the like button.
Let's YouTube know that I might know what I'm talking about.
Might be enjoyable to watch.
Something along them lines anyways.
If you haven't already,
go ahead and hit the subscribe button.
Join this fishing fun family.
We're about 30,000 subs now.
Continuing to grow every single dang day.
So hop on board the fishing fun family here.
If you have any questions on this unit,
give me a call at 423-892-6272.
We can place a custom order for you.
If there's any truck camper
or any travel trailer in mind that you have,
I'd love to work with you,
answer any questions you may have.
But again, this was the 2026 Lance 2255.
And like I said earlier in this video,
if you took the 1985 and 2445
and they had a baby together,
boom, you got this one.
It's a beautiful setup camper.
The fireplace and the closed off bedroom,
you don't have that stuff in the 1985.
That's your 2445 coming into play.
And then on the 2445,
you don't get this luxurious, huge rear bathroom.
So instead you would have the bunk beds on the side.
I got one of them here too.
We're probably gonna be doing a walkthrough
of it here pretty soon.
So keep an eye out for that.
Got a couple videos that I need to do.
Just got to get a little bit more time.
But yeah, so this one was 5,993 pounds
the way this one was shipped to me
with all the options like the solar panel,
the backup camera,
and all those other options that we have too,
like the fridge and fireplace and all that fun stuff.
So the retail on this one was about 60,314 bucks
with the factory options destination charge.
It brings us to a total MSRP of 75,973 bucks.
And of course, like I said, that's a meaningless it.
We never go by that.
We go by the BSRP here,
which is Brad's suggested retail pricing.
It beats the hell out of that pricing.
So give me a call 423-892-6272.
I don't care if you're 10, 15, 20 hours away.
Make the drive.
It'll be worth it.
You're gonna use these things to travel anyways.
Come see me.
Y'all take care and I'll see you on the next one.
