What's going on guys? So we are out here at the Alliance Sneak Peek dealer event. This is a really
cool event put on so dealers can see what's new from Alliance for 2025. They have tons and tons
and tons of units out here. We're taking a look at a fraction of them because there's just so many
out here. The one in front of us is absolutely awesome because this is a travel trailer
Alliance Avenue. First one I've ever seen. I've seen the Delta which is their traditional travel
trailer and we've seen the Alliance fifth wheels which are traditionally what you would see when
you see an Alliance but to actually have an Avenue travel trailer is really really cool and I'm
excited to see this thing. Hang tight I'll be right back. First let's take a look at the numbers which
are conveniently put on this placard in front of me. Length 37 feet 11 inches long. Height has not
been announced yet. The dry weight is 10,200 pounds. GVWR has also not been announced yet.
The hitch weight 1,200 pounds. Wow. Fresh tank 71 gallons. Gray tank 124 gallon. Gray tank 53 gallon
black tank. Almost feels that they could have split the difference here a little bit and made
it but 53 gallons is a lot of poo to put in a black tank so I think they're probably fine. 16
inch Goodyear endurance tires which I can see right there. Solid surface countertops. One piece
fiberglass shower. So a lot of cool things going on here. Again very very interesting to see the
Avenue in a travel trailer format but let's hop inside this unit and see what it's all about.
All right so this is going to be the 332RL full-time warrantied. ASDL on the outside ASDL
on the inside. Foam construction in between with aluminum. This is essentially a composite side
wall which is really nice. Okay as we step inside you will see that this is a very traditional
rear living room floor plan which is the most popular floor plan for RVs. So it's not as if
it's like oh no look another rear living room. The fact is this is what most people buy and I
think most people typically buy this type of floor plan because it gives you an amazing kitchen,
a great dining area, a nice theater seating area, and a sofa. An actual full sofa that can turn into
a bed and great delineations between them. You have a really great space that separates each
area nicely so that is really cool. Coming around this way love the fact that the kitchen has a
great bar area right here. Great spot for a coffee maker. You have some drawers right here. They're
not soft closing drawers but all the cabinets are soft closing. Nice solid surface countertops
throughout the kitchen. You have your electrical control panel right here for your slide outs,
your awnings, your lights, all of that stuff. You have a nice Furion French door refrigerator
or side-by-side refrigerator. In the closet right here you're going to have nice shelves that are
adjustable and that's huge for me. I always talk about the need for adjustability with shelves.
I love the fact that they have that in the pantry here and by the way I am trying to pan around
slower in my videos because I hear a lot of people saying that I pan around too quickly
sometimes and make people dizzy so hopefully this is working a little better for you. Nice ottoman
down here with storage inside of it. You also have some chairs right here and these may also
yep they have storage underneath them as well. Beautiful dinette area. You get blackout roller
shades as well and I love that they put them on these little drawstrings. No carpet and there's
flush floors throughout. Coming through the kitchen, nice three burner. This is a Furion
stove oven combination with the matching stainless steel drawer underneath it. Furion
residential microwave. You got plenty of drawers over here. Hopefully they put a divider. They did
check that out. You know me if there's no drawers it's not a kitchen so they put some nice drawers
in here. Nice little towel rack here which looks like it's just another handle that they put
sideways. Got some shelving space there and this is for your trash can. So it's a handle for your
trash can but you could also use it as a towel rack if you want. Nice undermount stainless steel sink.
Adjustable sprayer. Really nice upgraded faucet. A lot of room here. I always like it when they put
the sink at the end of the island so it gives you this great prep space on this side. It seems like
there's plenty of room that they could have even put a flip up counter right here to give you even
more. Coming around this way you have your Jensen TV and it is on a swivel mount so you can adjust
the TV. You also have some storage back behind it as well. You have your panoramic fireplace below.
Nice end tables. They probably flip up because Alliance kind of pioneered that in the market.
A little backlit area up here just for some ambient lighting.
Really nice and good slide heights as well. You have your theater seating right here complete
with USB and 110 power to charge stuff up and these do recline and this folds out into pretty
much a queen size bed. Very nice. But what do you guys think of the living room kitchen space in
this? Let's work our way to the back or I guess the front. Inside of here we have a porcelain
foot flush toilet. Really nice. Not sure if it has a slow closing lid. It does. It's a two-piece
shower stall but it's very tall. Like extremely tall. You could easily be upwards of probably
seven feet and fit inside this shower. Very tall ceiling heights in here as well. This is just a
very very good size in terms of height RV for a lot of folks who are looking for something that's
a little taller. This is thermofoil. Wish they would have stuck with the solid surface in here.
Undermounted stainless steel sink. Good cabinetry on each side. Great opportunity to stop and talk
about this video sponsor, Liquified. So if you're not familiar with them, absolutely phenomenal
lineup of RV chemical treatments. This is their toilet treatment. By far their most popular. They
have it in a tablet form as well as powder. They have all sorts of other treatments for like gray
tanks and things like that. They're actually sponsoring my videos out here at the Alliance
factory which is really cool. If you go to their website and use promo code BTBRV, right now they're
offering you half off of your first order which is really really cool. Go check them out. All right.
Then you got a really good size medicine cabinet here as well. Plus on this side,
got lots and lots of storage. And this is probably your hamper. Oh no, that's a trash.
Or I suppose you could use it as a hamper if you wanted to. All right. Heading into the front
bedroom. The only bedroom. Nice flip up counter right here. Something they've been doing for a
This really cool barn style door up here which slides shut.
You have another air conditioning unit in here as well. So you have two AC units in here.
I think you can get a third as well. Over here you have a huge closet. This closet is absolutely
massive. It seems as if they could have put some shelves or something else in here because
it's almost too big if that makes sense. It pushes out this way a lot more and
it seems like there could have been something else they could have also added to this.
We have a spot for a washer and dryer in here as well. Very nice. And these are also soft closing.
What do you guys think? This is a pretty cool floor plan. And again, okay this does have two
ACs in it. Yep. And a third one optional in the back right here. And this utilizes the RV air
flow system which is essentially an insert that goes in here and it funnels the air directly from
the AC into the vents a lot smoother than if you don't have it. Most RVs don't and it's basically
a box in here which traps air and tries to get air to the ducting. When you use the air flow
system it creates a smooth path to get air to all of your ducts which is really really nice.
So I got my good friend David here. He's with eTrailer. They're coming out here and
looking at some of these RVs as well. So a couple things before I ask your opinion on it,
at least on the interior then we'll go out to the outside, is that this is considered a rear
living room floor plan. It's the most popular RV floor plan in the industry. Easily. Mainly because
of the space it gives you in the back and the fact that it gives you clear separation between the
kitchen and the living room space. Not usually meant for larger families. However, the couch
underneath you turns into pretty much a queen-size bed. So just a couple things so you're aware of
before you give your opinion. What do you think about it? So this is my favorite one that we've
been in so far just for the living space. The kitchen open area. Nice living area for a family
that wanted to sit down. I do know that you know it doesn't have a room for kids but having this
being able to fold out I think this is the best living area for a family. So yeah I really like
it and I think you know for cooking and and sitting around a table this is this is a really
nice setup. So I'm gonna have to show David a mid-bunk floor plan because I don't think he's
seen one yet. That's my favorite floor plan. It's a fifth wheel. It's big but maybe we'll go check
one of those out. But yeah definitely want your opinion on that. But let's hop outside real quick
take a look at the outside of this unit and wrap the video up. Okay so starting up front this does
have a BAL frame and it also has the BAL auto leveling system. So you are starting to see more
and more travel trailers equipped with this auto leveling system which is really nice but it's still
kind of rare so it's great to see that the folks at Alliance put this on the avenue. Basically you
have your front tongue jack and then you have other jacks positioned around the back to auto
level your unit including some side jacks right here which are tucked under and you might not be
able to see. Up front here in your storage really really great storage. I love the fact that they
put all the switches to control your awnings and slide outs in the storage areas up front right
here and on the other side. The reason why that's such an important thing is because it lets you see
if you're opening your slide out your awnings next to an obstruction that could damage them.
You have a huge awning right here another huge awning over here. This also has upgraded suspension
so not only Goodyear Endurance tires it also has the upgraded suspension with the greasable heavy
duty shackle straps and wet bolts and the reinforced shackle hangers. Something that I've been asking
for on travel trailers for a long time. I'm glad that they are really upgrading the suspension of
these units plus the fact that this thing is pretty dang heavy so it just makes sense to
have that. Coming around I love the front cap the led accent lights up front really really nice
and it does have a sticker so some of the numbers that were missing from that other placard I show
you should be on here. This has a gross vehicle weight rating of 11,950 pounds. This is a very
heavy travel trailer keep that in mind I would not put this behind even a lot of three-quarter
tons I'd be careful putting this behind. 1,200 pounds of dry tongue weight which means once you
load up the twin 30 pound cans of propane which equals about 65 pounds each when fully loaded
plus all the stuff that you can fit here in this pass-through storage plus whatever you're going
to have in the front bedroom the closet if you put a washer and dryer in you could easily approach
2,000 pounds worth of tongue weight resting on the back of your truck and there aren't a lot of
three-quarter ton trucks that can handle that much weight off of the back so just keep that in mind.
I would even recommend a dually for something like this just because again when you think
of the amount of weight that's going to be hanging on the back receiver of your vehicle not over the
pin but the back receiver you want to have the weight the traction and control to be able to
this has a cargo capacity of 1,812 pounds dry weight of 10,079 or 78 pounds so it is a very
very heavy unit it even has twin 6,000 pound axle so it has 12,000 pounds worth of axle capacity and
it is a wide body unit so again just trying to be very cautious whenever I talk about what you
should use to tow something and in my opinion you could get away with like a one ton truck
even some three-quarter ton trucks just keep in mind when this is loaded up the part that
I really want you to focus in on is not the weight of the RV in general not the 12,000 pounds
focus in on the amount of weight that you could have pressing down on the back because they say
the dry weight for the tongue is 1,200 pounds you can easily get that up to 2,000 or more pounds if
you're not careful. Coming around over here big storage space underneath the bedroom so this is
outside portion of that you have your outside furnace or the outside of your furnace you have
your on-demand suburban water heater and then you have a big slide out right here which is rack and
pinion and the slide out up front is also rack and pinion they probably pulled it in a little bit but
I can pop that out for them that said really cool unit I'd love to know what your guys thoughts are
on this thing it is massive for a travel trailer it's heavy it's very well equipped as a rear
living room unit anyways guys please leave a comment below if you haven't had a chance please
take a moment subscribe to the channel give me a thumbs up and we'll talk to you again very soon
