Suspect in Forney shooting cut ankle monitor off

Law enforcement agencies, including the U.S. Marshal's North Texas Fugitive Task Force, are searching for 19-year-old Messiah Clark. Clark is wanted in connection with the murder of an innocent woman in Forney and previously faced murder charges for a Dallas shooting. He is currently a fugitive after revoking his bond by cutting off his electronic ankle monitor.
