I Checked Guinness Prices in Temple Bar to Save You Money!

Curious about the real price of a pint of Guinness in Dublin? I walked the length of Temple Bar and checked the actual cost at every pub along the way.

This video documents the current Guinness prices across some of the most popular spots in Temple Bar, starting from Fleet Street and moving through the heart of the district. You’ll see real prices ranging from €6.90 to €10.95, so you know exactly what to expect before you order.

I visited places including The Palace, The Morgan, Fitzsimons, The Temple Bar Pub, and many more. Some were surprisingly reasonable… others were exactly as expensive as the reputation suggests. Knowing the prices in advance means you won’t get caught out when the bill arrives.

My hope is that putting real prices out in the open might encourage some of the more expensive places to bring their prices down. When there’s proper visibility, things can change.
