In this eye-opening conversation, THE RAW FEED digs into a powerful health metric that many Americans have never tested but may be one of the clearest indicators of longevity, strength, and independence as we age. The topic is VO2 max, a measure of cardiorespiratory fitness that shows how efficiently your body uses oxygen during exercise, and according to a growing body of research, it may predict all-cause mortality more strongly than many of the health numbers people obsess over every day. While the medical establishment and wellness industry often keep the public distracted with surface-level talking points, this discussion gets back to what really matters for real people trying to stay active, capable, and self-reliant in the years ahead.

This video explores the synergy between physical fitness and mitochondrial support for longevity. It emphasizes the critical importance of VO2 max and muscle mass in reducing mortality and preventing frailty, while introducing C60 Evo as a supplement designed to enhance ATP production, manage oxidative stress, and support overall cellular resilience and cognitive health.
There's a number that most Americans have never tested that may reveal more about their physical
future than the number on their bathroom scale. It's called VO2max and it measures how effectively
your body uses oxygen during exercise. Now today Chris and Patty from C60 Evo are back and they're
going to bring us a striking argument. Low cardiorespiratory fitness may be one of the
strongest predictors of early death while improving VO2max and maintaining muscle through
resistance training may provide two of our best defenses against frailty as we age. Now
me personally, I'm hitting the gym. I'm hitting it three days a week. I'm taking my C60 Evo every day
so I'm really excited to learn more about this because it really matters because
aging is not only about wrinkles or that number of candles on your birthday cake.
It's about whether you can climb stairs, recover from physical stress, maintain your balance,
which is really important. We don't want people falling out and hitting their head and we know
what happens. So it's also about preserving your independence and continuing to do the things that
give your life meaning. So today we're going to examine the connection between oxygen, muscle,
mitochondria, and longevity. And as I age, I'm 49 years old now, I'm constantly looking for these
longevity biohacks. So I'm really excited to learn more today and bring this information to
you. So we're going to also revisit the remarkable animal study that first placed ESS60 into the
longevity conversation. We'll talk more about the BOSS theory and what users say that they begin
noticing over the three month period. So Chris and Patty from C60 Evo are back. Welcome guys.
I just want to jump right into this because I'm going to take my C60 Evo right now
before we begin. But most people know their weight, their blood pressure, their cholesterol.
I don't even know what VO2 max is. Most people don't. So I'm going to go ahead and take my
daily dose here. Cheers. Cheers to you guys. One teaspoon. One tablespoon.
This is the, I'm taking the MCT oil, which is, I love MCT oil. So I want to ask you guys,
what is VO2 max exactly? And why is cardio respiratory fitness considered such an
important indicator of long-term health and mortality? Yeah. Well, VO2 max and really muscle
mass and muscle strength are really important indicators. I'm sure we'll jump into it in the
slides. I've got a question for you, Gary. So when you're doing training, are you doing anything
that really causes you to be incredibly out of breath? Is that something that's on your radar
or are you working to muscle failure? What's that? Basically what I'm doing, I'm not doing
excessive cardio at all. It's really just muscle training and working up my reps from 35 pounds,
40 pounds, 45, 50, incline bench, flat bench, leg press, and that kind of thing.
Farmer's carries, things like that, that I do on the regular. And then of course I do that to,
I wouldn't say to the point of exhaustion, but to the point where I'm like, okay, I know I need
to slow down and rest and then recover and then do my next set. So that's basically what I'm doing
for about an hour, three days a week. That's excellent. An hour is a lot. Actually,
you could potentially cut that back and get some of the same benefits, even at the 45 minute mark.
And I think it's understood that your testosterone peaks at about 45 minutes and that's a key
component of getting the muscle benefits from those workouts.
My testosterone is building as I'm working out. Yeah. Okay. That's good to know.
There's two exercises that tend to increase your testosterone the most. And by the way,
this is also true for women and testosterone is often overlooked in women. Testosterone is a
very important hormone for women's health. And one of them is the deadlift. Actually deadlifts
will build testosterone, will cause that testosterone spike. And then so will sprinting.
And I will share sprinting is my favorite. When's the last time you ran as fast as you could,
as hard as you could? Most people probably after 19 don't ever do it again, right? Like
19 being whatever, maybe some sort of college athletics. Yeah. Maybe the last time I was
sprinting was in high school when I was running from the principal. That's about last time.
So running from the cops when I was a kid, you know, that's a whole other story.
Well, I mean, if it gets you moving, whatever it takes.
So VO2 max, if you want to pull up the slide, we've got some data points here that are pretty
impressive, which is if you have low cardiovascular health versus high cardiovascular health,
that means low VO2 max versus high. By the way, one of the reasons most people don't
know their VO2 max is it kind of sucks to get your VO2 max. It's the kind of classic stress
test that you may have seen when you want to kind of assess cardiovascular health,
where you're on a treadmill and they keep bumping it up and you've got a mask on and
they're actually measuring all the oxygen that's coming out, all the carbon dioxide that's coming
off. Yeah. I had to do a stress test a couple of years back and I was like, man, this is,
that was pretty intense. Yeah. It's like the intent, the intention is to get as intensive
as possible in order to assess your VO2 max. You could probably go back to that data
and find a number that was a VO2 max in that data. So that's what it is. If you have low
cardiovascular fitness versus high cardiovascular fitness, the high cardiovascular fitness shows a
400 to 500 reduction in all-cause mortality. That's worth repeating, a four to 500% reduction
in all-cause mortality from shifting from a low cardiovascular fitness to a high cardiovascular
fitness. To give it another perspective, shifting from high to low would be the same as smoking.
Oh God. Right? So I'm not saying, hey, great, you're in great VO, you have a great VO2 max,
you can start smoking now. Better to not do the smoking. Well, you know, what's crazy is just
recently, you know, we had these, well, these wildfires in Canada, you know, I'm in the Chicago
area and I was kind of taking these air quality indicators as, eh, you know, like whatever,
I'm not really worried about it. When I look outside my window and I can see, like, I can see
it in my neighborhood, like clearly. And my trainer at the gym is going, no, Gary, he's like,
this is really bad. He's like, if you go outside, it's almost like you're smoking.
That's, he said, that's how bad it was. Yeah. You just bring it up and I'm going, wow.
I'm up in Montana camping and it came in three days ago and it's a whiteout. Really? Looking
across the street, yeah, I'm at a, I'm like out in the woods in nature near Glacier National Park
and it is really white sky, really low smoke. It's terrible. And you're seeing this right now,
Patty? I've been seeing it for three days and the trip was great so far. I'm out in an RV
exploring America, trying to figure out how to get out of Colorado cause it's disgusting there.
And, um, yeah, it was absolutely beautiful till three days ago. And then all of a sudden it hit
Glacier National Park. And I mean, you know, again, my concern is that they're burning
intentionally. Um, a lot of people are making that concerns. Well, it's kind of blatant because
they want to distract us from all the criminals that are being convicted now and picked up and
arrested and the FBI raids. I mean, like distract us with fires in our neighborhood. Sure. But it's,
it's thick and, um, I'm noticing. So I'm heading back to Colorado, uh, which I'll go through four
States before I get there. Um, cause I like doing this. Oh, scenic byway. Okay. I can do that.
Well, I do want to say your internet connection is, uh, rather stable. The fact that you're on
the road right now. So that's good. Yeah. It's amazing. Well, I bought a big Starlink. Oh,
good. Really? Okay. Yeah. I pulled it out. My son-in-law said, oh, you don't need one that
big. And I went, yeah, I do. You got the, you got the main big Starlink or the mobile,
the mobile, but the big mobile, the 300 megabytes or gigabytes. The big one. And that's what I use
at the white house. When I go, I set it up right there on site. I wish I could say that. Yeah.
But you know, truthfully, I, um, I only listened to a few people and yesterday was describing you
and somebody else I listened to because you guys go to the white house. You're welcomed there.
I don't want perception of people that are guessing. I either want to hear congressional
hearing Senate hearing the president speaking or his great men and women, or you guys that go to
the white house and report firsthand. I think that we have been so misconstrued with misinformation,
but pretty soon, ABC, NBC will be, they chose not to show the president. I mean,
Oh yeah. Yeah. I mean, I think the dominoes are about to fall. I agree. Thanks to your show.
Thanks to our persistence and keeping people alive. Um, you know, I mean, it's, it's been
an interesting chapter that our kids are going to be so proud of us. They're going to be like,
did you know all that? I can't wait for that day. Yeah, no, we're, we're doing everything
we can to try to keep the American people informed when we are dealing with, uh,
misinformation, uh, outright censorship and blackouts from the mainstream press of
manufactured narratives. I mean, to be honest, they make my job rather easy because, uh, you
know, the more they lie, the more I can push back and correct the narratives. And, uh, you know,
and with respect to, you know, narrative creation and, uh, longevity, like, you know,
we want to be around so we can tell that story. And I want to hear more about, you know,
we shifted from this, the smoking topic, we kind of went into what's going on with these wildfires,
but, um, Chris, tell me like, let's go back to that with this, uh, backwards trajectory you
were talking about. Yeah. The, um, the phrase that I think is really valuable here, um, is
that movement is life. You got to keep moving. And like when you stop moving, that's when really
life ultimately ends. If you just stop moving, but tough movement is freedom and you're doing
that tough movement by working on that muscle strength, you are doing that. Like it's not
necessarily pleasant. You, I don't know, you, you kind of get yourself wired so that you enjoy it
and you miss it when you don't do it, or maybe you miss the benefits that happen after, but that
tough movement is the freedom. And so in the case of VO two max, yeah, that tough movement is
actually pushing yourself, uh, cardiovascularly harder. Uh, it just same way that you're
increasing your weights and potentially reps. You want to do that, uh, with your VO two max.
And in the case of muscle, a lot of people don't think of muscle. Uh, they just think of muscle.
Okay. That's the thing that allows you to pick up stuff and walk around. Right. But it really
has so many other benefits. One of the ones, if you look down here, uh, it helps fight against
insulin resistance. That's, that's diabetes. Like more muscle mass is a great protector
against diabetes. Uh, so you want to have more muscle and you have to be careful, right?
There is, I remember seeing one set of slides where they kind of took a cross section,
uh, from an MRI of somebody in their, in their prime, right. And their thigh was the same size
as it is 30 years later. Right. So that person fits into the same genes, but the problem is,
now most of the thigh is fat versus muscle, uh, versus when they were in their prime,
where most of it was muscle versus fats. You, you do yes. Make sure you can spit into your genes,
but you've got to be mindful that if your muscle composition is changing, right? If your body
composition is changing towards more fat, that's detrimental. It's detrimental for your insulin
resistance. It's like muscles when you work out. So those tough workouts you're doing,
your muscles are releasing BDNF that's brain derived neurotropic factor. That's good for
your brain. That's good for fighting off Alzheimer's and dementia. Like tough movement is
freedom. Um, and so those are the kinds of things that you want to be focused on. Uh, we look at
how ESS 60 might be of benefit in these two cases. Yes. This is what I really want to learn about
because the presentation that we're looking at ESS 60 may support mitochondrial ATP production,
uh, manage the oxidative surge from the intense exercise. So this is all stuff that's very
important to me personally, because I am in a consistent workout, uh, regimen. So I want to
know exactly how C60 Evo is benefiting me every day. Cause that's what I take every day, right
after, as soon as I wake up in the morning, I take two teaspoons without any hesitation. And
then I, but I do, especially right before I work out. So I, um, I go to the, I take in the morning,
I don't have anything else, you know, I'll have a little bit of caffeine and some water.
Uh, but then I will go into the gym and my only source of, um, I guess intake for that morning
is the, the, uh, C60 Evo. So I'm really curious to find out more about this part.
Well, that's a, that's a good strategy. If you think about, uh, there are so many benefits of
being in ketosis and depending on when you had your meal and how many carbs were in that dinner
prior, uh, you have the opportunity to be in ketosis, right? To, uh, enjoy the benefits of
some intermittent fasting. And the product does not interrupt that because it's all oils. You're
not interrupting that ketosis. You're not interrupting that the benefits of that intermittent
fasting. And then you're going into the gym and you've got the benefits of this ESS 60 molecule.
And you can see kind of slide one is about mitochondrial ATP production, uh, where we've
got a whole, a slide specifically about what ESS 60 does in the mitochondria. And that's relevant
both in this high demand weightlifting and in this VO2 max intervals, right? So a target goal
might be to do four, 15 seconds sprints, literally one minute of working out could
dramatically increase, improve your VO2 max, right? You need to do this consistently. Um,
and therefore kind of be the equivalent of quitting smoking, reducing your all cause
mortality by four to 500%. That's 15 second intervals only, which sounds really easy until
you're running as fast as you can. By the way, if you're not doing that build up to it, like,
don't go from, Oh, I walk three times a week to tomorrow. I'm going to sprint like ramp that up
slowly. That is something that you want your cardiovascular system to get, um, um, uh, to
get acclimated to. Well, this, uh, my, my workout on Wednesday was, um, something my trainer
introduced that was new. It wasn't sprinting, but we were walking through the parking lot and I was
holding a 25 pound, 30 pound weights in each arm, just walking the full length of the parking lot.
By the time I got back, I was done. Yeah. And I was just, I'm just carrying two dumbbells in
either side, just, just at my, at my side. Yeah. I'm walking with one gallon water bottles from
the purified water system. Sure. And, uh, I'm lifting them like this the whole way back to the
RV, like, come on, then straight hands. And, uh, I could definitely feel it. So, um, Chris,
you and Chris both are talking about dude workouts and a lot of ladies do workouts.
I'm in my seventies, so I'm going to be lifting water bottles. And, uh, for me, it's more brain
exercise. So, um, I won't go into that cause that's distracting from body exercise, but
I'm trying to rationalize it. I don't go to the gym like you guys. Um, but I'm a walker. So for
me, it's about walking and my body. My mother taught me years ago. My mother's 97 with a full
brain because of this. My mom can tell you everything I ever did as a kid, probably that
pissed her off anyway, 97, still full brain. I'm 73 and just learned how to run an RV. Like this
morning I got up and I'm looking, I'm like, Oh crap, my gray water's full. I don't want to do,
but anyway, before I even got to shower, I had to like go outside and hook up stuff and
put on my gloves. And then it was just like, God, that was easy. And these are things I've never
done. So, um, I'm, you know, I, I did just quick sidebar. I, I rented an RV once and went through
that whole, uh, you know, introductory phase of renting an RV. And there was like Memorial Day
weekend. I think I, we took the RV up to Indiana beach and gray water was full. So we went to the,
to drain the gray water and the coupler at the base of the gray water tank inside of the RV
decoupled and all of the poop water went all over the steaming hot, steaming hot asphalt.
And it was just like running down like a river. It was the most foul smelling thing. Kids are
riding through it with their bikes and go golf carts. It was the most embarrassing thing. So
sorry, family, mommy, you're giving me some flashbacks here with this story. So I didn't
mean to interrupt it. No, Chris rented once also and swore he'd never do it again. So I just want
to say, I feel very hardcore. And the reason is my kids took off in a really big RV, which is
parked two spots away with three kids, two dogs. And, uh, they've been on the road four months and
I miss them. And I've been left in Colorado where they just had the election. And, um,
I mean, why don't they just put Mandami in Denver? You know, what's the difference anyway?
Um, you know, so they're starting a bunch of new fires. They're finding a bunch of people from
other countries to light them on fire and get everybody preoccupied. But I'm really glad to
be traveling. And, um, because of the way of the world, I want to be flexible and portable.
So, um, my first experience, like you guys, when I first started with the RV, you know, I got the
videos and I'm watching them and then I take off and I, I, that was the little RV that I'm selling.
Luckily I got it sold. But right before I came on this trip, I took that one out with everything I
had in me and the water pump died and it couldn't flush. And I'm like, that's it. So I bought a much
nicer, newer one that I'm in. And, um, this one's easy. I mean, I've got a slide out. I've got
legs that go down, you know, I just push the button and hold it like this is push buttons.
That's, that's, I've always wanted to be able to take the show on the road and build a little
studio inside of an RV and just, just take, take it all on the road. You know, that's something I'd
love to be able to do. This is my warmup trip. So, but I didn't go home for a month. I've been
out for a month and, um, I'm a gang member. Like I used to be part of the women of Harley. Now I'm,
uh, sisters on the fly. I mean, you know, you gotta do a gang thing everywhere. You gotta
wear your vest. You gotta represent your colors. That's right. I haven't gone to any of the sisters
meetings. I really did this to keep up with my kids. I know. I mean, that cracks me up.
I still, that's beautiful though. Keeping up with the kids is important. Yeah. And you know,
my kids are still getting bigger and bigger and you know, you still got to keep up with them at
any age. Well, my kids are all on Evo and they swear by it. So that's what I'm going to say. My
kids, my mom, me, we are all benefiting from this product. Thank you, Chris. Thank you to your lab.
Well, we're, we're benefiting, benefiting from it too here every day. So I now want to hear more
about these benefits, um, especially with relationship to the, the working out and,
and that kind of thing. So Chris, uh, if you would continue. Yeah. So mitochondria is the first one.
You look at it as a free radical sponge as you're working out, as you're working on that VO two max,
uh, you're creating these free radicals and we'll talk about those in relationship to the
mitochondria. Um, being able to manage those free radicals allows you to push yourself a little bit
harder. And those are the two kind of two keys. If you look at the next one, it's about buffering
fatigue. You really want to be able to push yourself a little bit longer and you want to get,
be able to get back to it and do it again a little bit faster recovery. Yeah. Yep. And that's what we
think the ESS 60 molecule buys you. Um, I, I kind of normally talk about these slides. I'm going to
hop directly to this one. Uh, this, this is a great summary slide. This molecule was used in
what was supposed to be a toxicity study instead of being toxic. The test subjects in this case,
Wistar rats, uh, lived 90% longer than the control group. And, and interestingly in the
study, a typical Wistar rat lives out to about 32 months and has a known amount of tumor mass in its
body. The more it lives, the longer it lives, the more tumor mass it has in its body. Even though
the C60 Evo rats lived out to 62 months, none of them had any tumors. Okay. So this, I want to,
I want to ask you on this real quick because, uh, whenever I tell people about this, you know,
in my day to day and I tell them the different supplements I take, I try to explain that I take
C60 Evo every morning. And this is one of the points I always bring up. Um, so let me just
clarify. So I have the understanding when I'm talking about this outside, uh, in, in real life,
this rat is prone to tumors already in its genetic makeup. So the fact that it didn't
get any tumors while taking the ESS 60, um, that's, I mean, to explain that to me,
I just want to clear, I want that clarity. It's a phenomenal result, right? Like, and,
and not only that, that's partly, that's probably a lot of the reason that these Wistar rats lived
out to 62 months, right? Normally you can imagine at some point it's a finite rat and you continue
to build that, that tumor mass. It's just, you know, it's the rat is, there's going to be no
room for the things the rat needs in order to live. Um, so the fact that these rats did not
have any tumors, I'll tell you, I, I share this story with so many people. I love to share the
story. And often people go like, Oh, cure for cancer. And my response will be like, no. And
then I'll add just another one for emphasis. No, uh, there's a big difference between dealing with
a cancer that has metastasized and potentially being a cancer preventative. And we know things
as good and simple as good exercise, which we were talking about, good nutrition, good sleep,
uh, are cancer preventatives. Uh, I always do like to add, there was one Petri dish study. And by
the way, Petri dish studies are kind of the lowest level of study. I would take an anecdote over
Petri dish study, but in this particular case, I think it's really relevant in a Petri dish.
They had cancer cells and healthy cells, and they introduced an anti-cancer agent. And that's
basically a poison. You're trying to poison the cancer cells before the healthy cells and the
presence of the ESS 60 molecule, there was increased efficacy against the cancer cells
and protective effects for the healthy cells. So basically in the presence of ESS 60,
more cancer cells died, less healthy cells. So, so, so basically theoretically, what you're
saying here is by the incorporation of C 60 Evo, if you are in a current traditional cancer
treatment, I assume perhaps chemo or something like that, uh, this is actually can help
supplement that treatment on top of, on top of that is theoretical, certainly supported by this
study that we're looking at the result of this study, certainly supported, uh, by that, um,
particular Petri dish studies. There's even patents related to this molecule as cancer
treatments for pets. Now, just be careful. A patent doesn't mean that it is proven to work.
It just means somebody has decided that they want to patent this for that effect.
Uh, so it's kind of understood that this molecule might have some positive impacts in that area.
Okay. Okay. Now I want to jump into the boss theory real quick. Um, because this is something
I find fascinating every time we do discuss it. And I think it's worth, um, expanding on this
conversation. Um, so this is the, the buffering oxidative stress. So explain the difference
between healthy oxidative signaling and damaging oxidative stress and, and how you believe that,
uh, C 60 Evo may support this mitochondrial resilience. Yeah. So one of the by-products
of your healthy mitochondria as it's producing, it's the powerhouse of every cell, right?
Uh, it's producing energy for your cells. And one of the by-products is reactive oxygen species.
Some of those reactive oxygen species are useful and good signaling molecules and actually don't
do much damage. Other ones, the negatively charged ones are not very useful for signaling. They're
not necessary for signaling, but they tend to do damage now in your mitochondria to make sure that
they're not running around and doing damage. You've got the internal antioxidants, glutathione
and melatonin. Um, I like to pause here a little bit cause the melatonin is the sleep hormone.
Our most consistent testimonial absolutely involves sleep. Uh, so in a healthy mitochondria,
those reactive oxygen species are being managed as you get into a stress mitochondria, by the way,
when you're working out, which you should do remember tough movement is freedom. Uh,
you're working out, you're stressing your mitochondria or you have higher energy demands
than normal. And they start pumping out extra reactive oxygen species. Some of them run around
and signal and say, Hey, we've got muscle deterioration here. We need to build that
muscle back up. And you actually want that hormetic response. But some of them, some of
them just run around and do damage. And you can see here, some are managed properly by
that glutathione and melatonin. And then some of them are escaping and running around and
actually causing damage. And the melatonin is only going to kick in if it's time for sleep.
So obviously you need to have your sleep. You need to have so many hours so your body can restore.
And some people aren't getting enough sleep. So if you're not getting enough sleep,
your melatonin levels, aren't going to be able to kick into the, to the peak where it's required
to support this, uh, your mitochondrial support. So by the incorporation of the C60 Evo, uh,
I would just from, you know, from what I can gather here is going to help
that whole recovery process even more so. Yeah. I mean, we, one of the key components
when you're sleeping, uh, you really go to through about six to seven sleep cycles every night.
And some of the stuff that happens in each sleep cycle is mitochondrial recovery. Uh,
and then you've got, you know, uh, information consolidation. So knowledge consolidation,
and then emotional consolidation. And when the reason we think people are getting better sleep
or report better sleep, or even if they don't report better sleep, because that can sometimes
be hard to report. You can usually ask them, Hey, how are your dreams? And they're like,
you know, their eyes will get really big. And I'm like, Oh, I'm having, I'm remembering my
dreams again. That's a sign in our opinion, that you're getting on the other side of the
mitochondria that the mitochondria is already taken care of. Cause you've got this great buffer.
Now your sleep cycles can focus on the knowledge consolidation on the emotional consolidation on
the other cleanups that it needs to do. Well, that's why that would probably explain why I'm
having very vivid dreams. Yeah. I want to mention that. I feel like this morning I came up with
proof positive of what's causing me to once in a while need sleep tea. Like when I get up at three
or two and I can't get back to sleep in Boulder, Colorado, it was really a lot that I sleep so
great from the Evo. I go right out when I lay down, but then I'm up at two, my brain takes off
and I realized that I think it's the cell towers they put up in our area. And so that's another
reason I went on the road because I wanted to see what my sleep would be like away from Boulder,
Colorado's relentless cell towers. And now we're also the King and Queen of flock cameras, which
are becoming... Don't get me started. Yeah. Well, Boulder, you know, we are the inventors of, you
know, the socialist societies and it's pitiful. But anyway, I left for many reasons and we're
looking at Montana now, the whole family because Colorado's kind of losing it. But we're at a
campsite now and the last two nights I've had to do sleep tea and I've gone an entire month sleeping
like a log, like Evo's sleep. So what are you attributing this to? We finally drove out
yesterday and I was like, son of a gun, there's a cell tower there and there, and there's hardly
any in Wyoming. But these were two monster towers on the other side of the highway. Right by the
campsites? Well, all the campsites have to be near a highway for some reason. And all the cherries
have to be poisoned with chemicals for some reason. Like it's just, we're getting rid of the
people that made those rules, in my opinion. I really think dominoes are going down and we don't
have to tolerate this. But I'm sure now that I didn't sleep the last two nights because of those
two cell towers. And when I woke up at one, I was like, no, I sleep so well now. No. So I mean,
that's, that's its own control group. You know, your home is a control group. And then when you
go on the road and you're moving around, those are all different variables. And if you're
experiencing different sleep disruptions, I mean, you just have to look at your environment.
Right. Well, I'm a tracker and I track all my data and I take this regularly. I do the MCT in
my morning coffee. I teach the grandkids. This means we're tracking. Don't miss an animal. Like
we're all looking for wildlife everywhere we go. And I just look at them and I go.
Look out for the bears. So one of them crossed the little road this morning. I met one of the
ladies with a camper next to me. She said, oh, I was walking the dog this morning and a bear
just crossed our path. I thought, well, great. My grandkids are riding their bicycles all over
the place. A little terrifying. Well, not really. You should see the one in my backyard. That's why
I just stay home. I'm looking for a new state and that's why I'm out. But just the fact that I
take this with me and I brought a case of littles to give to the few people that I like that deserve
it. I'm listening to Chris talking about how we can maybe help people, but we can't make claims
about helping with the big sea monster. But I did have a deep conversation with people yesterday
and he's just finished chemo and took his family in the RV and they're cruising around and then
he's going to go back for another group of chemo. And I don't know anything about that. I just know
that I felt in my heart. I also ran my pendulum, which is huge in front of him. I'm like, I'm from
Colorado. Just ignore me for a minute. Yeah. I feel good about giving you this. So I gave him
and our card and I said, I can't guarantee anything, but I've got a good feeling.
And I just want to say briefly, because this is really important. The mitochondria is the
powerhouse of every cell. When we take this in the morning, it's preventative.
But when Chris met me, I had just, I had just been poisoned by uranium. I had a jerk of a guy,
put it in my garage because whatever. And I got so sick and I don't know how I didn't die,
but I was at the point of fainting. So I was close and I got out of the house. But in the next
six months, I had five skin cancers come through my skin and be removed by a doctor. And I just
kept pounding the Evo in, in my opinion, this detoxified me so intensely that it just kept
coming through my skin. And the surgeons would go, wow, you've got a really good attitude. And
I said, you're going to cut it off and take it away. And it's gone. Yeah, I've got a good attitude.
Thanks for leaving big C, but it's little C. And it also has a lot to do with your brain. No,
I'm not giving into any of those. And the guy put uranium in my body. The fact that I had
five different skin cancers, all left side, how weird is that? But it all came out of me.
And two of them, I had to go back and have a second deeper scoop. And then they had inside
stitches, outside stitches. I'm only saying this because the Evo made the inside stitches that are
supposed to melt and dissipate. They came through my skin in what's called a spitting suture ball
through the skin because my Evo body just went, I'm not melting that stuff in here.
That stuff is it. It it grabbed all of the stuff that was supposed to melt and dissipate into,
shall we say, more medical toxins. Maybe. I don't know. My body just said, not doing it.
We got rid of all the uranium stuff that that guy put there. That was a lot. Five surgery,
it was 18 months, not six months, 18 months. But every time it would come up, I'd just be like,
oh no, did he kill me? Am I dying? And no. I mean, here I am now, six years later, like
frigging beast. I feel like a beast. And it's because I'm a co-owner here. I mean,
to represent something this potent, you were talking about before the show of your beautiful
wife doing all these supplements to get through whatever. And it's like supplements. Can we even
prove that half of them work? Well, most of them, most supplements are fillers and garbage.
And, you know, I don't think we've even mentioned the purity level of the of your olive oil.
That's the base. And then, you know, where you guys source it from. This is the particular
MCT oil. You mentioned putting this in your coffee. So I think that really bears discussion
with the purity. Yeah. Two ingredients, period. Natural ESS-60, the miracle molecule that won
the Nobel Prize. Not enough available in nature now that we know it's helping people and pets
this much. So Chris and Robert in college were kind of dared by their professor to figure out
how to make it burn graphite at the heat of the sun. That's how this happened. It was a dare.
Are you kidding? Basically, the professor came in one day and was like, hey, you guys are a bunch
of young college kids. This molecule is selling for six thousand dollars a gram. You should go
start a business. And my business partner, Robert, is from an entrepreneurial background. And, you
know, I joke that he did a back of the napkin calculation, which had one line, six thousand
dollars a gram. And then off, off, off we were running. He reverse engineered. We're starting at
this. How do we get how do we get from from from here to this? That's crazy. And now now you guys
have this this thriving business. You're helping so many people. And, you know, we've also got I've
been taking it for much longer than three months. But for people who are going to start it, and I
know we're running short on time for people who are going to start it and get into the ritual like
I have described this three month progression for us, the focus, the energy, deeper sleep,
because we were just talking about the sleep and the the recovery efforts there. So with
relationship to the mitochondrial and melatonin. So, yeah, people will ask, you know, what might
I experience on the product? There are a certain number of people who are super in tune with their
body and they try it and they're like, oh, I'll never not take this product. I hear that quite
regularly for others. It really does break down into this three months. First month being kind of
focus and energy. I lean on one particular testimonial. We got some product to an influencer.
She took it in the morning, took the product the morning, sent in her video in the evening,
and she pointed out that she didn't finish her cup of coffee. Now, if you're a coffee drinker,
like noticing that you didn't finish your cup of coffee means you always finish your cup of coffee.
And she didn't. I'll share. I used to be a two to three cup of coffee per day person. Now it's more
about the ritual. I enjoy the flavor. I enjoy the smell, but I definitely don't need it anymore.
Month two is really about deep sleep. I really do believe people are getting better sleep in
month one and that's supporting that focus and energy. And everybody gets a little bit more or
less sleep every day. And so when they get more or less sleep, it can be hard to say, oh, I started
taking C60 Evo and that's improved my sleep. I will share. And we already kind of pointed this
out. Like people will come back and say, oh, I haven't really noticed anything. How are your
dreams? Oh, wow. Yeah. My dreams are amazing now. That's an indication of that deep sleep.
Well, I just mentioned that that's what's happening with me.
Yeah. That's a consistent one. And then month three, if you think about reducing the negative
impact of stressed mitochondria was what we believe is going on according to the boss theory.
And you've got 50 to 5,000 mitochondria in every cell in your body, 2 million in your brain cells.
You're going to have systemic benefits. You're going to have benefits, frankly, that are so
powerful. We can't even share them without doing research. And we're hoping to start. We're getting
up against the wall if it's going to occur this year or early next year for clinical trials.
One is going to be on sleep. We've already got a small trial on sleep. A hundred percent of
participants reported improvements in sleep while they were on the product. So we want to get more
clinical style data on that. We're doing one on frequent and severe headaches. Testimonials are
amazing about that. Well, I mean, well, we don't want to gloss over the fact that when we were
doing a whole interview on this very topic and I started to incorporate the aura in my vision,
all of a sudden, like while we were talking about it. OK. And then I took one drop of this of the
C60 Evo because Patty's like just turn the bottle upside down because I was actually out of it at
the moment. And I put the bottle upside down, took just a little drop onto my tongue and boom,
like that aura that was starting to form, which is like the indicator of a migraine that's about
to happen, completely disappeared. Yeah. That's my personal testimony. And that happened on air.
Like, yeah, that was an amazing coincidence. So. So, yeah, absolutely. We're doing that trial.
And then finally, we do have some amazing cosmetic products. So we're doing a wrinkle
and age spot study. And that is really going to allow us to open the doors to maybe some other
research that we might want to do, but also to like, hey, we can concretely say it does this,
this, this and this. We're we're doing we're a very weird supplement company. Like most supplement
companies don't do research. Even fewer published. We published in 2024, 2025. We will publish this
year. So we continue to be that weird company that's going to have a lot more to say about
month three and share. Can we see those studies on C60Evo.com slash NNN?
There are certainly we have some of the studies are out there for sure. And they're through the
base lab that that is the kind of the lab behind the scenes for everything. So, yeah, they're
available online. OK, well, yeah, go ahead, Patty. You know, Chris and Robert, they were only college
kids when they started making the ESS 60. Back then it was just carbon 60 because they didn't
know that it was going to be clean enough for people and pets someday. So they were working
with industrial applications and it did receive the Nobel Prize five years after they opened.
The only other place that those three scientists in Houston could have bought their C60 back then
was Russia or China. No, thank you. My guess is they might have gone down the street and said,
hey, Chris and Robert, can we get some of that good stuff? But, you know, they're they're very
humble. They don't want to make any claim unless they're sure. But I just have a great feeling,
so does my pendulum, that we had something to do with the peer reviewed
results of the Nobel Prize. Well, that's important because you guys have a product that is
that's helping people in so many ways. You're getting all these testimonials
and then you're like, well, guess what? We're going to back this up with an actual study. We're
going to fund this study and we're going to prove it. Because that's that's the biggest
problem we have in the supplement universe is, oh, you can't make a claim and you can't do this.
But guess what? Once we can hold up the peer reviewed paper, then what are you going to say?
Right. So this third party tested because I see people make claims that our product delivers,
but they want to pretend it's their product. And they say third party test. I'm like, what,
your cousin's daughter? Yeah. You know, they don't have to be specific. But again, the results.
My mother in law says it's good stuff, right? That's my third party. I want to ask you because
I know we're short on time and I know people I read it in the comments all the time. People are
always asking, where do we get it? How do I benefit? What's the website? Do you do you have
a slide for that? Yeah. Chris, can you pull that up if you don't mind? Because I want to make sure
people get it because I spend a lot of time in the comments when I read these comments and people
are like, well, I want to know how to get it. So I try to, even though we put the, we pin the
comments, we put it in the description. Sometimes people still don't get to the, get to the point.
So share with us real quick, some of the specials you have right now for individuals and where they
can get it. Okay. So it's our name, your name. It's c60evolikeevolution.com forward slash NNN
for Next News Network. And if you dial that in, you're going to get this beautiful page with Gary
and the American flag. And when you pop down, it will answer the questions. That's me at the
White House. That's, that's the White House picture. I'm standing at, I'm standing at the,
I'm standing at the Caroline Levitt's podium right there. I love her. So are you going to
run for president? No, no, thank you. I wouldn't want to do Caroline's job either, man. I'd like
to get her a gallon of Evo. She is so bright, but she's still nursing. Okay. So what, what,
what do we recommend for people? Obviously the one that received the Nobel prize, the one that
delivered 90% life extension, even though they were lab rats, people are closer to rats, especially
in Washington, DC than mice. I mean, really fascinating. So they use the right one to be able
to incorporate that. It'll help people and pets as well, but this is our bestseller and it's the
easiest thing for you to try on a spoon before noon. And if you don't notice within a week,
then I'm guessing you don't feel your body very much, but you know, people are one way or the
other. They're either hypersensitive. Well, you bring that up. My wife, when she takes it,
she immediately feels like an immediate energy boost. And that's, it's, it's very clear. She,
she's told me about this and it's, um, it's rather remarkable to hear the instant results
that she gets when she takes it every morning. I hear it nonstop. Like I took it, come on,
it can't be that fast. I go, yeah, it is that fast. There's a reason that we take a shot at
the beginning of every show. Yeah. Cause it works that fast and we're all just that much more
present. So we do not have these offers, these specials on our website. Uh, we only have them
on our landing page for your audience, which is a nice discount. If you buy two at a time
or a better discount, three at a time or six at a time, which is a really nice thing to have in
your cabinet. The biggest discount we do is a dozen a case. Well, you know, I just want to
point out real quick here because people might get sticker shock when they see the price for a six
pack, but you got to think about what you're replacing. Um, you might be end up replacing
your melatonin, uh, that you, that you've already been buying and you got to think about how long
this is going to last a month. Yeah. I mean, a six pack, how long is that going to last? Six months.
Yeah. So, I mean, you're, you're, you're buying in advance, you're making a, you're, you're,
you're protecting your health and you're getting a massive savings and you're supporting the work
that we do here at the same time. Well, it's preventative. So most people, once they get on
it, they're like, why would I not want to feel this good? And these other things don't actually
work. And, you know, if I skip that for 38 and this for $58 and that one, I've way more than
paid for the Evo that already has all that in it, let alone 125 times more powerful than vitamin C.
Exactly. The oxidant. So you can get rid of all your, well, I shouldn't say it, but it benefits
you in that way where you might not feel a need to buy. Well, I'll say it. I'll say it. I mean,
you don't, if, if you get, if this could replace a lot of different supplements and how much money
are people spending on supplements every single month? That's what's crazy. When I look at my
cupboard, I go, my goodness, you know, how many supplements have we tried here and gone through
all this stuff? And it's like, you've got a super serious antioxidant, like you mentioned,
more powerful than vitamin C by, you know, 125 times peer reviewed, 172 times more powerful
with another test that wasn't peer reviewed, but it was tested. The stuff is strong and it's
noticeably strong, which is what I love. And yes, it would replace a lot of things and save you
money to get on a product like this. So you can also sign up for a monthly subscription.
We also sell single bottles in the store, so you don't have to buy multiples. You'll just save
money if you buy multiples. But if you sign up for a monthly subscription, you'll save 20% every
month and it comes to you fresh every month. So your call, but everything comes direct from our
lab. So it's super fresh. People also say, where do I start? I want to try your products. And we
call it the Inside Out Starter Set. This is our advanced facial serum. My mom is 97. Her skin
is like butter. She's got a fabulous brain because she takes this and this on her skin. I use it on
mine also. So do I. I use it on my face and I use the other one as well. And people tell me all the
time, and my wife's using it too. She looks amazing. And the body cream you guys have, oh my goodness.
All of it. Yeah. I mean, our products are all infused with the molecule at the maximum
capacity that it will hold. And you know, our lab's been at it 34 years. We have tested to see
how we can get the most amount of Evo. And there are more than 400 times the amount of cells in
your body that you will find this molecule in one drop of Evo. Am I correct, Chris? Yes. You know,
we're talking about this and I mentioned the body cream real quick because I had a massage
about two weeks ago and I asked the masseuse if, you know, they could use the body cream.
That's, there it is right there. And I showed it to her. She read the ingredients. I explained what
it does. And she, you know, she felt it, the viscosity of it. She's like, oh, this would be
perfect because she was worried it would be, you know, it would absorb too fast or you'd have to
use too much. But she said it was a perfect viscosity for a massage. So the next time I
have a massage, I'm going to give it to her and go, go to town, use this instead of anything else.
And I want to see how that works. I tell you, my bathroom and my kitchen cabinets are so much
less products infused because I just have Evo now. It really did replace a lot of what I used to buy
because it works better. It's cleaner. It's two ingredients. The facial serum is 19 or 21
ingredients. It's got a base of chia seed oil. Who does that in a face serum? Us. It made a huge
difference. I rode a Harley 50,000 miles before I met Chris. Now I've got skin like my mom, thanks
to the Evo. I just love it. So there are people that don't like the taste of oil or they, they
travel a lot. So we also make the olive oil in capsules. That stuff is the lifesaver when I'm on,
when I'm on the road, if I'm going to Washington and I don't want to, I'm worried about the bottle
opening up in my luggage. So having these capsules is a lifesaver for me because I do not want to go
anywhere without it. Like I, I have my, my, my go kit that I take with me on when I'm traveling.
And this stuff is right there in that kit. First thing I packed in my RV. Thank God I brought
extras to give people because I've already dug into it for myself. Yeah. I didn't think I'd be
on the road this long, but here I am. So these are three great offers. You can get two or three
or six pack and save money. Again, sign up for a monthly subscription. You'll save a little more
or you'll save more with a monthly. Absolutely. Okay. And there's also a special link on this page
that you will find a discount for $15 off at checkout with Gary's personal code. So there's
all kinds of discounts. There's testimonials further down the page. There's single bottles.
You don't have to buy quantities. You'll just save money if you do. But if you decide you just
want to try one or one starter set, good idea to lock into a monthly subscription. If you don't
love it, just call us or write us and we don't ask questions. We'll cancel you right away. But
I think our average is 53% of our monthly sales are re-subscribes because people don't quit.
It doesn't hurt to try it and see how your body reacts to it. I have nothing but good
things to say and my wife has nothing but good things to say. And I think that if you just give
it a shot, test it out and then see what happens and then jump into the subscription, get it.
You're supporting your health. You're supporting Next News. I mean, what more can you want?
Your freedom. No more wildfires. The death of communism.
Yeah, it's hard having an alive brain right now, especially politically aware because this is I
think the greatest test in human history right now, what we're dealing with. And I swear in
five years, 10 years, 15 years, our kids are going to be so proud of what we've done.
Well, especially when you look at where the Democrat Party is going right now with respect to
the infiltration of the communist agenda, the quote-unquote Democrat socialists, right? I think
there was a group out of Germany that used the term socialist as well in the 1930s. But we can
save that for another edition. Guys, thank you so much for joining us. And the website is
c60evo.com. We're going to link it down below. So guys, thank you so much for joining us again.
Thank you.
All right. So that's the story, patriots. And the most important lesson from this conversation is
not that a single molecule supplement or workout can promise a longer life.
It is that physical resilience matters. Your ability to use oxygen matters. Your ability
to preserve muscle matters. Your ability to recover from stress, maintain balance, and
remain metabolically healthy matters. VO2 max, that can change. Strength can change. Daily habits
can change. And while the Paris study remains one of the most intriguing reasons that ESS60
entered the longevity conversation, remember, you have the opportunity to change your life.
So the takeaway here is that aging doesn't have to be treated as a passive surrender.
If you want to learn more about c60evo, ESS60, and the research that we discussed today,
