Going live today with Chad Barker, a former software engineer, left his corporate job in 2001 to focus on investing in real estate for passive and time-leveraged income. He developed a software analysis tool that predicted the 2007 real estate crash, helping him avoid bad investments.

Chad perfected the rent-to-own niche, increasing his cashflow and enabling him to manage and grow his portfolio while working an average of less than 15 hours per week. He sold his portfolio in 2014 and became an expert in rehabbing properties. He now teaches and coaches investors on his rent-to-own model and methods for buying houses using other people's cash and credit.
