The Fan Who Made Me Rethink My Merch

I learned hard lessons about merch early in my career. An entire run of garments were smudged, faded, and wrecked, and then shipped to my viewers without anyone pumping the brakes. The fulfillment center than assured me they would make it right, and contacted no one. That's why I use a small company now.
