We are expecting an Ozzy Osbourne haunted house I'm excited about that. It's very intriguing. I'm kind of interested to see how it's all gonna work out You know, I think sometimes the allure of HHN at night But it might help with like Well, they're gonna stagger some houses so what 2 p.m For the first three and then a few more at 4 and then a few more again at 515 So it's gonna be staggered. Yeah, that shouldn't help. I think the crowd control and the queue control Like, you know, I'm getting it done, you know, so then I can enjoy Time doesn't bother me. Yeah, I do like I like it in theory I do especially since they're not having like the frequent beer passes with Express passes now so It's gonna be a little different this year and hopefully everything runs smoother and better than the past. I am intrigued as well Yes Yeah, we'll see how it goes and now for the updates of islands of adventure the purpose of this video Here in the port of entry the construction walls are growing they've added scrim over here as well so this is a Bit more of a facelift than I anticipated originally Over here are the all hell's Eve lost Emporium. We have a new t-shirt It's not a house t-shirt a scare zone t-shirt glows in the dark $30 this scare zone t-shirt is better than a couple a couple of the You know the haunted house t-shirts. It's not $15 a piece and the evil dead burn acrylic also $15, so here's what the The HHN carousel is looking like the acrylic carousel Well, this area is looking nice again all of the construction walls that were once surrounding the croissant moon bakery have been removed I Do have some express passes we can use later on to keep Interested to see what you choose to use those on Well, they're good for everything except Hagrid's And the lobster coaster and the Toronto non-flyers And then later on in the video there's some more new food I want to show you The food is actually to the right so we're gonna go left I'm not hungry yet I don't know about Nikki, but I'm not hungry It's not too much longer before Nikki has to go back to school So I do want to use an express pass today to have some fun. I Kind of want to use it for spider-man, but we'll let her decide Spider-man is currently a 40 minute wait for standby We're gonna walk around the park and decide we might have to circle back to this. I Haven't noticed a lot of new prizes here in the Midway games at least this summer Probably get more once you know the holidays hit but just as I say that top glow I Have not noticed that large frog before in between the pass holder lounge and Kathy's ice cream shop We have these lockers here. Did you know if you went inside of the comic strip cafe? You could see into the lockers See look at this. We're on the back side of those lockers You can see there someone has a cat in the hat hat There's some some some bags Cellphone oh My gosh someone put an aquarium in the locker. Oh Woody Woodpecker's inside a locker also inside a locker someone storing a Dagwood sandwich and speaking of the Dagwood Blondie's is open today, and we were just having a conversation yesterday About deli sandwiches in the area like a deli place in the area the only place I could really think of was two J's right But I think for me like the best deli sandwich in the area since there's not a lot is Blondie's and that Dagwood sandwich That's a good good deli sandwich I have to show some new food today. I know I know but you've been talking about the Well I've been in the mood for like a real like authentic deli sandwich Right Legit deli But first of all I'm not hungry right now And I've got to show the new stuff Mickey, okay, we've got to put off the Dagwood for another day but speaking of sandwiches I Have an idea. I know what they should do in Jurassic Park for a new sandwich We'll talk about that when we get into Jurassic Park, but first over here in Toon Lagoon behind the caricature kiosk This is sort of new The the pet station with with the grass here for your pets the astroturf and like little poop bags This is new for this area new ish. I don't bring a pet with me So I don't stay on top of those things as maybe someone else, but to me first time. I'm noticing it What do you think Nicky about using the express passes for Ripsaw Falls? Add it to the maybe list along with spider-man We have to do something today with the Express tickets I want Nicky to have that summertime fun before she goes back to work Kong is just a 20-minute standby wait so Express Would be pretty fast for Kong. I don't think Nicky's been on it since it's been downgraded to 2d What do you say to Kong right now? That's a very strong possibility, I mean Kong did start the channel pretty much Okay, okay again to the maybe list You know what would win is VelociCoaster if it was allowed on this particular express pass That'd be the easy thing but of course it has to do with Nicky so it can't be easy Over here at Thunder Falls Why is the menu board empty? Because since our last visit here our last update video it has closed for its transformation into a full-service restaurant That closure is bad timing for you And we'll see if it comes back, I doubt it when it reopens as a full service I mean you can hope Nicky Into Jurassic Outfitters We have this lounge fly for $90 It has you know the Jurassic Park gateway with the doors you open the doors you see a t-rex Nicky has a very similar backpack Not quite the same But look at that is this one a lounge fly Nicky? I don't think it's a lounge fly But it's larger. It's a bit bigger. I see yours is a Funko Pop. Yeah Oh, I'm pretty sure yeah, yeah, so I mean it was the same price. It looks like Lucas and George George and Lucas have given up on their tug-of-war battle for the slice of pizza It's a stalemate so let's make our way to the VelociCoaster Maybe the regular standby wait is a short enough wait. We can just go on it This is our number one ride to do for the Orlando Informer meetups Because it's always a walk on so we always ride it then But oh I can see the wait time from here I think that's gonna be too long for Nicky and you know they don't have single rider line anymore. It's 45 minutes let me ask Nicky about this. All right, we cannot use the Express Pass for VelociCoaster. I know 45 minute wait Nicky. I told everyone how we would ride this all the time for the Orlando Informer meetup as a walk on So would you be willing to wait standby 45 minutes for it? No, I did. I did. No funnel cakes for you I can't have anymore For crying out loud I ate two I sent you pictures though Yes you said feel What did you say? I ate so much I started to feel a little too full So I asked for you to give me sympathy Yeah sympathy Alright let's go inside and place the order Now look at this Here we have Morris's Magnificent mac and cheese Cone Fresh baked bread cone Hand breaded buffalo chicken nuggets Creamy cheddar Pasta Ranch sauce $19.99 I've never seen a bread cone So full It over spills into a huge plate It's incredible All done with the new bread cone It was phenomenal It really was I was very surprised Shareable too Yes the part that I was surprised about was The chicken on it was like the chicken Stingers from fire eaters Which I am obsessed with I love those so much So that was like such a great Pleasant surprise on it I was excited when I saw that I was like oh yeah So now with your little chicken stingers Get some macaroni Some bread I didn't eat too much of the bread But I did have a few bites of the macaroni And cheese and that was a nice little Pairing with the kind of like Chicken stingers The cheese was pretty good It wasn't like gelatinous it was actually like You know a good consistency Cause you know sometimes like in theme park Or you know even if it just sits too long It gets kind of that weird consistency but it wasn't It was smooth and nice And creamy and I really liked it It's on par with the other mac and cheese You get here Like at Toon Lagoon and at Epic Universe It's kind of the same deal Oh I got you, yeah I would agree with that And the bread, those bread combs That they have everywhere You know they have some in Jurassic Park And they're famous at You know Isle of Berk at Epic Universe So they have One now here at Circus McGurkus And they're all just phenomenal all the time The bread is just like so Like airy And fluffy And good seasoning on top of it So It was definitely a shareable item I mean that was a lot Of food so definitely worth the money In terms of both of us Walking away like totally satisfied Unlike the other bread combs Which is kind of self contained That you can walk around and hold Yes this is a little bit more It's a little more to this one It spills over a lot into the plate Yes so it definitely lays On the plate nice Yes it definitely spills It's a nice presentation It is, it's so cute And like Nikki was so happy That it's got that chicken stinger You know touch to it Yes I was excited about that part For sure You know you've got to go back to school soon Nikki I do Why do you keep bringing it up I want you to grade it I would give it a solid A And that's a very high grade For food I was happy I think I'm rating it a little high Because of the chicken stinger thing It was good Excellent Okay we're going to mosey on To a spot to use these express passes Good thing Nikki Is looking kind of cozy As we mosey You guys have probably Probably guessed What it's going to be As far as the direction we're moseying So a couple things Nikki I saw that Universal Theme parks Made good money in the second quarter Very good money Despite attendance Being lower It's probably the epic effect Second quarter attendance down but revenue up I'm sure they care about both But they probably care About their revenue a little more And then there was something else I wanted to talk about Oh that was the other thing Japan It's not our Halloween Horror Nights of course But Japan Universal Japan Their Halloween Horror Nights is going to have A rated R You have to be 18 or older to go into a house A rated R house Makes me wonder why it's rated R Is it more graphic? I'd love for one to come here I think it's going to be So That's neat for them I would like to walk through A universal rated R 18 plus haunted house To see how that is in comparison To what they usually do But Japan gets it first Maybe they'll break the seal And we'll have that eventually What do you guys think? Would you guys be intrigued? And look forward to a Rated R 18 plus house? If it would ever come to Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights? I'm not into that gory stuff She's not into gory gory Into Marvel Surprise here Spiderman The movie is coming out The new Spiderman movie is coming out I want to go see in the theater Just Experience some Spiderman here Get us warmed up for the movie This is a different Spiderman This is comic book Spiderman It's the villains out Over there is Doctor Doom He's got a new movie Avengers Doom Day Look at that Spiderman movie coming out Avengers Doctor Doom movie coming out Marvel Super Hero Islands relevant again Although I will point out They are different This is comic book heroes and villains Not exactly The MCU guys It's the exact same wait time as before So we would hope Express would at least cut it in half Alright there they are Don't lose them honey Well that was nice A 45 minute standby wait for regular people But those of us with Express Pass And thank you to the viewers Who gave me those Express Pass It was About 20 minutes right?
