So far, outside of one big problem, it's been a light morning.
Yeah, it is Friday light except our one issue, and we have live pictures for you this morning of that problem.
That's been styling the morning commute since about 3.30 this morning.
You're looking live at 238 Northbound at the 880 Interchange in San Leandro at Hesperian Boulevard,
where the big rig overturned this morning at 3.30, and they have been able to right it so far with that heavy rescue tow truck.
Fifteen gallons of fuel also spilled out, but significant damage done to the road, lots of debris.
Also, that guardrail and the median there has been damaged significantly.
We were told it's going to take about six hours to clean up.
We are close to four hours deep, so still a lot to do, and cars are only able to pass on the leftmost shoulder.
So it has created quite the significant backup this morning.
I would look into alternative routes if you can.
Taking a look at the rest of your commute, though, the Bay Bridge toll plaza looks very smooth, almost like it's a work from home Friday.
One other accident I want to point out for you is in Redwood City.
It looks like they are finally starting to open up those lanes.
The two lanes were blocked on 101 Northbound at Woodside Road with traffic backing up to about University Avenue,
but that icon has switched to green so far, so we are looking for some relief.
A new accident now. The right lane is blocked in Los Altos on 280 Northbound before Del Monte Road.
It is 741, and we will be back with more news and weather.
