So I wanted to challenge myself to create a style video where all the outfits were exactly my style,
similar outfits to what you guys have seen me wear in the past, except that everything is under
150 AUD. To be honest, I thought this was going to be quite a challenge to achieve, but surprisingly
it was a lot easier than what I had expected. I concentrated on brands that I already love and
have worn for years and focused on quality pieces that sit at a lower price point. As always, I
stuck to mostly neutral outfits with little pops of colour along the way, like this green jumper.
I think it pairs perfectly with the white and black and makes for a very easy to wear and
recreate casual outfit. I had to add the Half Moon Uniqlo bag into my collection for this video.
You guys know how much I love the La Mer Croissant bag and that is definitely not under the $150
budget, but this bag is a cute little alternative and I was surprised to see how much it actually
fits. It is perfect for market stall days, weekend walks and as a casual addition to
a workout outfit. Can you tell that I'm kind of loving these hobo style bags recently? This red
one is the perfect pop of colour. I actually found this one in my mum's wardrobe, so technically it
was free for me, but I've seen so many bags like this at op shops recently at around the $50 max
price point. I love the colours in this outfit, the red and navy, the cream jeans and the beige
Birkenstocks. This is definitely a go-to combo for sure. In a similar colour combination, I added
this strappy top, some maroon converses and a simple two-toned brown bag. Such a cute little
outfit and perfect for drinks with friends at a pub on the weekend or even like a picnic,
something like that. I really wanted all these outfits to feel casual and super easy to wear
and recreate and I think this outfit could easily be recreated even just with a simple
black singlet and a brown shoulder bag that you already have in your wardrobe. On a slightly
colder day, you could also add a jacket. This one is from COS and it's in khaki, but most neutral
tones would easily work here, so if you have a beige or black or cream one instead, this could
definitely be subbed in. This next fit is a very classic Giacolizzi outfit. I'm sure you've seen me
wear something like this about 10 times before, but the top and jeans are both from Weekday Store
and these have got to be some of the best jeans that I own. They are well under the $150 mark. I
actually have them in three different colourways because I wear them so much. They are just such
a classic style, but paired with any sneaker like a converse or Vans or Reeboks or even like a boot
heel, these jeans really do work with anything. For this next look, I kept the jeans and the sneakers
the same and I swapped the top for this cute little beige knitted one from Venroy and a vintage blazer.
I see blazers like this at the op shop all the time for around the $20 to $30 mark and the best
thing to do is just check the men's section as they're just weight boxier and more oversized. I
also find there are just better colourways in the men's section. This next outfit is the perfect
running errands, going to uni, studying, that kind of thing. It is so cozy and comfortable. I love the
brown paired with the grey trousers and then a simple black sneaker. These ones are from Muji. I
have them in all black and all white and they have got to be some of the most comfortable sneakers
that I own. They're so affordable and they're really made to last. This Burberry trench coat was an
absolute steal and they got it for me from a vintage store and it was only $70. I'm sure you can
find them online for a similar price or maybe even cheaper, but I love just pairing it back with some
outfits like t-shirts, trousers, singlets and cozy jumpers. I went with sneakers here but this look
would also be super cute with boots, brogues or loafers. There is nothing better than an all black
outfit with a little pop of colour. I've had these jeans for a few years now and I love how baggy and
relaxed the fit is. Paired with a little black tee or singlet, it makes for the perfect proportions
in this outfit. And for the final outfit, again, I wanted to create a very classic, very simple,
jazzy outfit, so I went with a simple white tee, the white shirt that I've worn for so many years
and the same jeans and converses. I hope you guys loved this video as much as I
loved creating it for you and yeah, I'll see you very soon. Bye!
