FOX23 Investigates- Homeowners allege repeated adjuster changes delayed State Farm insurance claims

Multiple Oklahoma homeowners say they faced repeated adjuster changes, lengthy delays and disputed claim payments after filing homeowners insurance claims with State Farm, complaints that mirror allegations now at the center of a lawsuit filed by Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond.

FOX23 Investigative Reporter Janna Clark spoke with several policyholders who said they were assigned multiple adjusters throughout the claims process, forcing them to repeatedly explain their cases and delaying repairs.
