I Thought These Potatoes Were Ruined….

We harvested a huge crop of potatoes from our garden, but some of them didn’t look like they were going to make it. Instead of throwing them away, we salvaged what we could and turned them into homemade freeze dried mashed potatoes and freezer hashbrowns!
