Initially touch it, it doesn't do anything. Keep holding your foot on it and then eventually it will start coming up.
Stop and then we'll do the take off.
So your ball, if we go for 10, maybe a bit of a slow lower, don't do much with the sheet at the lower mark, so you have something to throw at it.
We're here at SailGP Technologies at the factory for a women's performance focused workshop.
We've actually got around 20 female athletes here today which is awesome and two different focused simulator and gaming sessions to really spend some time upskilling and just focused on that.
I think sailing as a whole is always developing and I think the growth of our sport comes with more innovation and I think that's what keeps our sport exciting.
I mean as sailors we're always trying to learn the next best thing and continue to push the boundaries.
It's really important for SailGP to invest in development opportunities in sailing because the sailors who are coming through and learning, they are the future of the sport.
The sport of sailing is really unique in that it's one of the few sports in the world where men and women compete on equal terms on the same platform racing against each other at the highest level.
And I think what's really exciting for us at SailGP and in this sport is that there's an incredible opportunity as we move into the future to really become one of the world's first truly gender equitable championships.
You've got to come quick out of this park.
Yep, go for it.
Your wheel.
Yep, my wheel.
Slow turn.
There you go.
Pressing here.
Braining at the port.
And anchor.
Lick, press, lick, press.
Yeah, good.
Start tight.
It's hard to stay here because every straight break will go around the outside.
