Basic stroke series (Part 4 of 8): COMPOUND CURVE

Learn about the compound curve and how to create it. Start at the baseline. Create a thin upstroke. Curve slightly as you approach the waistline. After touching the waistline with your hairline stroke, begin making your way down to the baseline. Before reaching the baseline, transition back to a hairline and curve around the baseline and back up, finishing at the waistline.
