Can Burnham really cut the cost of living for the UK?

Andy Burnham has held his first cabinet meeting on Downing Street, promising to ease the cost of living in the UK.
But how will he do it?

First out of the blocks, a promise to cut VAT from electricity bills, but that sparked a row over how it would be funded from Darren Jones, the former chief secretary to Keir Starmer who was fired on Monday.

But don't worry, Burnham says there will be no more political squabbling.
