The Big 3 Would Be Nothing Without Chris Bosh

I told Bam the other day, I say the generation after you, I hate him. No, for real, I hate him. This generation said that Chris Bosh is closer to Nick Claxton, no disrespect Nick Claxton, than he is to Anthony Davis. Did y'all see that recently on Instagram? No, I don't listen to foolishness. Come on, man. Can you just give- Love the young fella, though. Love the young fella, Claxton, so I hate when they do that. Claxton, this is no disrespect to you, at all. Claxton, to tell you, I ain't Chris Bosh. Yeah, no doubt. Can you please give CB his flowers? Did y'all see that? Did any of y'all ever see that, that they said? Y'all saw that, right? Bam sent me that. I told Bam, the generation after yours, I hate him, because they say that makes no sense. Can you just give CB his flowers before we go? Yeah, I mean- How all that, listen, you were great. Ron was great. We had greatness all around us. Great role players, great coaching, but that made it all come together in his own way. No, he was special. He was special, and that's the reason we wanted to play with him. Because we knew how special he was. But his ability, his ability to be able to be the number one option, two or three option on any given night, without any complaints. None. You don't hear him say a word. He just sit over there, quiet in his locker, reading a book. With his legs crossed, reading a book. And you don't know what option he going to be that night. And man, bro, our team was great, and we won a series without him. But we also, we can win a game without him, a series without him. But we were not winning the championship without Chris Bosh. His versatility, bro. The way that he will switch on picking roles. The way he can guard one through five. The way he can play one through five on the other end. Bro, he did it all. The way we needed him to get out and get out in transition to clear the lanes for us. Bro, whatever we needed from CB, he did. CB is in the top. He's either in the top five or right out of the top five in his position. Yeah, I agree. And depending on who's saying it, he's either in the top five or right on the edge of it in his position to ever play this game. He's one of the greatest ever to do it. And I knew I said I was going to let you go, but I do have to ask you about the heat right now. Basketball season's starting. Before we let you out of here, you're a basketball legend. So what are the heat? Talk about the heat season. Where are they at right now? I don't know if people want to hear. Where do you think they're going to be? And after that, talk about your jazz, too. Yeah, for sure. Well, the jazz is easy. I mean, it's rebuilding. Continue to make moves, I think, with everyone's seeing. We got Denny Ainge. Ryan. Everybody in this like this. Here you go, Denny. And it's kind of what Boston did, what he did in Boston. You know, you take enough chances on the road. You know, you clear out enough space. You take enough chances. You get enough of the young core. You maybe get a Jalen Brown and Jason Taylor. You put yourself in a position to get certain draft picks. You put yourself in position and free agency. You keep your star play. Like you do all these things. And so Utah is doing everything that Utah needs to do in this repositioning and rebranding of the Utah Jazz. So everything is going good there from that standpoint. When it comes to the heat, man, listen, you're talking about, we're talking about a group of guys who've had some success by, what, going to finals twice since they've been together? And so sometimes you got to, you got to quiet the noise because the noise is that they haven't done it. Jimmy hasn't done this. Bam haven't went to this. Whatever the noise is, it doesn't matter. That team got a chance versus any team any given night, every night. So I'm proud of that. I'm proud of Pat Riley coming in and saying quiet all the noise. We got to get to it this year. As a Miami Heat player, I'm with it. I'm tired of all the noise. I'm tired of the noise. I love, I love this generation. I love what they get to do, but we gave everything to this organization. And so I want to see this organization. I'm jealous. I just watched Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce and Ray Allen walk out there with the Boston Celtics, smiling, waving their hand. I want to do that too. I told Bam the same. If I'm flying, I'm flying. I called Bam the same. I'm jealous. Bam, I just said the same to you, didn't I? I said the same to Bam. I called him. Goddammit, I'm sick. Sick to my stomach right now watching this. So Bam. Let's go. You inherit our rivalry. You inherit this. Let's go. You get coach, call me in the locker room and get some free games. Let's go. Like it's time. Like we've been there, we've done it. We've shown the success of this organization. All right, let's get back to it. They got enough and they got smoke. We got enough. You got it. You got everything you need. You can always ask for more. That's right. We can all ask for more. We have enough. Go get it done. OG Fam, we got another exciting week of hoops coming up and I've got the perfect way to get you even closer to the action on the court.
