Catch & Cook： Rainbow Trout & Baby Potatoes in Rich Stock

There is nothing quite like catching your own food and cooking it right by the water. In this video, we are out by a crystal-clear forest river cooking up a fresh Rainbow Trout over an open wood fire.

We prepared the trout on a rustic wooden board with fresh lemon, dill, rosemary, and parsley before simmering it alongside tender baby potatoes in a rich, flavorful stock.
