
Ultimate Beef Shanks Cooking Earth Oven Bone Marrow
Today I’m cooking cross-cut beef shanks sealed in natural clay and slowly baked inside an earth oven. The clay locks in moisture while the gentle heat transforms the beef into tender, flavorful meat.
At the same time, I roast beef marrow bones in a wood-fired bread oven until the marrow becomes rich, creamy, and beautifully caramelized. Just beef, fire, earth, bone marrow, and patience.
