Slow Living in Retirement: This is our emotional moving vlog from Friesland to Ammerland, and the last video in the house we built 25 years ago. Saying goodbye to this beautiful place.There are moments when life takes a turn, and we have to open a new chapter, even if it feels bittersweet.25 years ago, we built this house and grew a beautiful garden here. We put our hearts into every corner, planted these daisies, and created so many wonderful memories. Now, it is time for us to move to a new cozy home in Ammerland, close to Bad Zwischenahn.In this video, I wanted to capture the last pieces of our warmth in this place: our North Sea, our dogs, a quiet morning breakfast with grilled cheese and peaches, painting the terrace table, and beautiful fabrics for my future sewing projects. And finally, my very last, quiet evening tea in the garden among my daisies.Thank you to this house for 25 years of pure happiness and comfort. We take this inner peace with us into our new chapter.
