This lemon cake is incredibly soft, moist, and full of aromatic lemon flavor. All ingredients are easily measured using cups, so no scales are needed. The light and airy batter with fresh lemon, crunchy walnuts and delicate chocolate pieces makes this cake especially delicious and irresistible.

Recipe:
3 eggs 🥚🥚🥚.
A pinch of salt.
1 tsp vanilla sugar or vanilla extract.
1 cup of sugar.
Beat with a mixer for 2-3 minutes.
Mix well until the mixture is creamy.
1 cup of sunflower oil.
1 cup of milk.
2 cups of flour.
Add the flour in two stages so that the dough mixes better.
1 tbsp baking powder.
Mix well.
Mix everything well until the dough is smooth.
Grated zest of one lemon.
Juice of one lemon.
22 cm (8.6 inch) springform pan.
Grease the baking tin with butter so that the baking paper stays in place.
20 walnut halves.
3 tbsp chocolate chips.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 40-50 minutes.
Powdered sugar for dusting.
