Exposing What Women Notice In a Man’s Physique (That Triggers Attraction)

Today I want to talk about three physical traits in a man that women notice and why they actually matter for her to perceive you as more attractive. And more importantly, what these traits actually communicate underneath the surface. Because women are wired to analyze a man's physique and how that reveals the type of man you are beneath the surface level attraction that she may feel towards you. So let's get into the top three things women notice first in a man's physique. So getting into it, I went ahead and tried my best to draw out a male physique that I feel like a large majority of women are attracted to. Now yes, maybe the muscles and what I drew could be a little exaggerated. It's for the purpose of really showing you guys why certain physical traits are actually perceived in a more attractive light. But I do not expect the men who are watching today's video to have this exact body type because every single body type is different. And I feel like when a man is doing his best to take care of himself with his diet, his physical activity, and you know with full honesty you're showing up for yourself in the best ways you can, then that is good enough. But because today's video we're talking about a man's physique, the first thing women tend to notice is actually a man's shoulders. And if you look at some of the admired male physical physiques, you'll see a common theme that most of them have this capped shoulder. And how when this body part is developed, it not only gives a woman an impression of his masculinity, but it also signals strength and a man's ability to protect. And these are three things that yes, even today women do scan for in a man because it reveals something much deeper than you hitting the gym, picking up heavy weights, and putting them back down. It's a man's ability to do hard things. And I feel like nowadays a lot of men are not showing themselves their best potential in their physical fitness. And like I said, you don't have to aim to have this body type. But I feel like it's a key pillar for a man to show up for something that is difficult, that is hard. And the payoff to that is a man will develop greater confidence. One of the top qualities in a man's character we as women look for because it also signals a man's ability to trust in himself and have that greater self-belief that he is actually capable of persevering through challenge. And when we look at some of the most admired male physiques throughout history, they all have something in common and that's a man's broad shoulders. When you look at athletes, superheroes, military leaders, even ancient statues, the men have this one thing in common. Their stature screams strength. And those broad shoulders for most people aren't gifted to them naturally. It's not something they just genetically have. Yes, some men do. But for the most part, that's something men have to work for. And within you displaying your work ethic through your physique, that draws a woman in to know that you're the type of man that can protect. Protect yourself, protect her, and therefore children you may not even have. It's something women are biologically wired to find attractive because it displays your capability. Now the second thing women notice in a man's physique has everything to do with his height. Now men, I know when I say that some of you that maybe are a little shorter may be triggered. But I want you guys to understand that these are just primal things that women associate attraction with. But that's not to say that your chances are just done with women because you're a shorter guy. And I feel like if I didn't add this, you guys would call me out in the comments because I hear it a lot. Women look for a man's height, money, or is he a chad? And that's a conversation that is a bit overplayed. But let's face it, men who are a little taller, I'm just gonna go like this to signal height in a man. Now height is one of those things that has everything to do with your genetics and how tall you can grow. So that begs the question, do taller guys have a dating advantage compared to shorter guys? And yes, some women do look at a man's height and how this equals attraction in her eyes. And I think this is common because of what height signals to us women. Yes, again, just like the broad shoulders, his ability to protect. But it can also signal status to us women because biologically, especially back in the day, a man who was taller was looked at as a greater threat. That threat being towards other men. And going back to the word status, a man's height created more female attraction because of what it represented to us. And yes, it's protection, but it's also his ability to lead. And him being tall is something that made people naturally look up to him. Now going back to the word protect, this is something that naturally creates safety in a woman. And that safety is something that is necessary for us to feel that greater desire for you. And again, you guys, I'm not saying if you're short, you don't possess any of these capabilities. I'm more so saying what height triggers in a woman and how that can automatically create that female attraction that can make her look up at you and create that deeper safety. When we're around a man that is taller than us, this is just one of those things that yes, women notice. And I know that I hear it a lot in my comments because yes, it's something we notice, but it's not something that we determine you being attracted or not. If you're short or tall, it's just what it triggers inside of us. The third thing we as women notice in a man's physique is actually his forearms and his hands. And this may come as a surprise to you guys, because maybe right now you're associating how women perceive you as being attractive, has everything to do with your six pack, your jawline, but honestly, your hands and your forearms shows a woman your work ethic within seconds of seeing you. And a work ethic is one of those things that will be shown through a man's hands, especially when it comes to a man's strength. And the hands in particular are one of those things that people don't associate with greater attraction. But personally, as a woman, when I see a man that has those strong hands, maybe has calluses on his hands and has a very masculine handshake, it's not only a symbol of greater dominance, but it also shows greater physical ability that we as women deem as more attractive when a man isn't afraid of doing hard things. And not saying that you have to be a guy into construction or labor, I think those can naturally help a man develop stronger hands. But even if you work an office job right now, if you go to the gym and you pick up heavy weights, your hands will naturally get stronger. And yes, that's something we as women notice. When you think about it, your hands are something that are usually always exposed. Women see your hands when you greet other people, when you drive, when you open the door for her, how you gesture in conversation. And because of that, they become a part of your overall impression. And strong forearms and hands do signal a man's strength, work ethic, dominance, physical ability.
