My name is Tina. I'm selling my Charleston. Come on in. This is my living room. As you can tell, I love bears. It's been very comfortable. We can even get extra people here. Two extra people fit and this chair comes out and this actually, this loveseat sits, sleeps in one. Everything comes with the house. All the silverware, all the plates, this little oven, the coffee maker, the Berkey, the refrigerator, of course, and the washer and dryer. Come on in. I'll show you the bathroom. The bathroom's kind of small. I think it's only a 31 inch. It's kind of small but it's doable. I had a curtain up here but I liked the sun coming in so I just left that like that. My refrigerator's definitely enough for two people and here's my bedroom. I have the sliding glass door but I, it's not a glass door, this sliding door, but I don't use it very often. Come on in. I got all my furniture up the street at Freedman's and it's been very comfortable. This is only a double bed and you can see all my stuff that's in here. The washer and dryer also come with the house, the stackable, and the two TVs come with the house also. Everything, all the appliances come with the house. Want to see the upstairs? Of course. All right. I put these little treads on. This is my guest room and another double bed. It's been very comfortable here and I've lived here for approximately 10 months now but I bought the house as a married person and I'm selling it as a divorced person and moving on. The fireplace actually can heat if I needed it to but I do have heating of course. This is a little picture my son gave me for Christmas of the tiny home and that stays too. I thought that was cute. All the glass stays, the glasses, just everything other than my bears. It's a Charleston. Charleston. Yes. And it has a 9 by, 10 by 16 front porch. Yes. And it has, and the house is 10 by 34? Yes. No, 10 by 30. 10 by 30. Okay. All the curtains stay. Everything stays. My phone number is 732-557-1919. It's a very nice community. The women are very close. There are men here too obviously but we're all kind of close. Everybody gets along very well here. Yeah. Amazing. Yeah. And where is your house located on our properties? It's at, it's in the forest division. Yeah. In the forest division and the house is skirted all the way around so and the porch is part of the house at this point but everything can be completely removed and the house can still be moved. It can be but it would be nice to. But the lot here comes with a rent but it is a rent that is I guarantee you it's lower than pretty much anywhere else you can find. Oh yes. What are your utility costs looking like? My utility costs for water and sewer are only $50 a month. $50 a month. Amazing. Yeah. It's amazing. It's very, very, this is a very, very inexpensive way to live. Yes. Very inexpensive way to live. I didn't plan on being alone here and that's the only reason I'm moving. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Because my family is elsewhere. That's, it happens but it's okay. I think that being here is a great experience for a lot of people because it's a culture shock you know. Yeah. It is a culture shock and you get a little bit of nature. My neighbors are wonderful. Awesome. Yeah. They really are wonderful and a few times they come on the porch and you know sit, we chat at nighttime or we take walks together. It's been really a good experience. It has been. And how many people do you think you can sleep in here? What would be your ideal customer if you had to think of one, a couple, a family? Well bed wise actually five people could spend the night here because two in each double bed upstairs or downstairs and then this sleeps one. So five people could actually spend the night here. But comfortably I'd say a couple. A couple? Yeah. A couple. Definitely, definitely two people. Two people? Yeah. So then just maybe a new family starting. Yes. Something like that. Yes. Okay. I wouldn't say many children now because it's a smaller home. It's a tiny home you know but it's been nice and you could fit a shed in my driveway. I just never did because I don't have tools. So but you could put a shed back there and it would definitely fit and you could still have two small cars. Yes. Two small cars, a shed, maybe a garden, something like that. Beautiful big porch. Yes. And at nighttime all these light up. It's really pretty. It's really peaceful. It's just a real peaceful place to live. Very, very peaceful. The neighbors all know each other from walking around and you know there's one neighbor that I take a walk with daily. My favorite parts about this house was I feel safe and to feel safe these days is pretty good. I felt safe living here alone. Amazing. Amazing. I did. I felt safe living here alone and these rockers I just bought from Cracker Barrel only about two months ago and they come with the home also. Wonderful. Yeah. If I was going to add to the house I probably would screen the porch because it's so enjoyable and I like the aesthetics of how it looks without the screen but sometimes the mosquitoes you know being in the forest I'd probably add a screen. Awesome. Screen in the porch. But other than that I just loved it. I felt very comfortable here. If it wasn't for not having any family members I probably would stay. You got it here. Her house is up for sale. If you had a list of everything that was going with it that you weren't taking with it that we've seen today what are you taking with you? Just the silverware and the clothing? Okay I'm basically taking a few of my little bear knickknacks and definitely my clothing. Really just my personal belongings. Yeah so just some some antiques and knickknacks and personal items that have sentimental value. I'm leaving all the furniture. Yes. Including you know the new chairs but all the furniture is new. I mean it's only within a year purchased at Freedman's up the street. So it's all new. When I moved down here from New Jersey I only came with my clothes and that's how I plan on leaving. That's amazing. That's how over the years you start to live that way when you transfer this lifestyle. Yes. Thank you for your time today. Thank you.
