Video Summary
AI GeneratedThis is a tour of a high-quality, Amish-built tiny home for sale in the Tiny Town community of Newport, Tennessee. The property is a move-in-ready \"oasis\" featuring a customized \"Birmingham\" model layout, professional landscaping, and premium upgrades. The sale is a turnkey opportunity, including most furniture, a high-end workshop shed, and a gas-powered golf cart.
Boy, do we have a treat for you this morning. We're in Tiny Town, USA here in Newport, Tennessee,
and behind me is this home that's for sale. And of course, you guys can see the price on it on
the title of this show. Unbelievable. You're not going to believe what comes with this home,
where we're at, and all the amenities, and just the quality of everything.
Now remember, this is Tiny Town, Newport, Tennessee, 34 acres, 230 homes, plus our
manufacturing company is sitting on this 34 acres, plus a two-acre, we call it the Central Park,
a one-mile walk loop that you can walk here. And it's up and coming, $300 a month is the rent
for this site. Now, this is, we call them tiny homes. This is an Amish-built home,
and it's a tiny house. It's really not a tiny home. The way we've designed this thing,
architectural, it looks like a small house. It has the old craftsman style,
the way I designed it with the exposed rafters, the thick facial boards. Over here, you have the
freeze board. You have this synthetic-looking slate roof that I put on there. It could have
been metal, but I wanted to have a different textured roof. These folks have added the deck.
They've added steps, as you can see. The amenities, I'm going to go and walk you through it. The
extensive landscaping, and you're not going to believe the price of it. Well, you see the price.
It's on the title of this video. If you can't read, that's fine. I'm going to tell you what it
is, but we're going to wait until the end of the video and tell you more about it, and you'll meet
the homeowners here. They've been living here, I can't remember, Amanda, but it's been two or
three years. It's been about three years. They've decided to move. They've got some issues. That's
their personal things, mainly health, that they want to move, and family, different things.
She's wanting to go where it's a little bit warmer.
That said, this is a beautiful home I want to show you. Like Amanda's pointed out this morning
as we were walking around. This river rock, we dug out of our community over here, and we're
digging a pond. A lot of people have come in, and we just gave access to it. They've been using it
for their landscaping. These trees have been trimmed. A lot of these have been, I can't
believe that this one, it had to be naturally on the site, didn't it? It's a holly tree. It
looks like it's been planted. It's so beautiful. This one, there's like four home sites right here,
and you've got the next door neighbor, which theirs is comparable to this one,
and they've shared the gardening and the landscaping. Beautiful. Because that's kind
of like a dividing line, really. Where this power pole is right here, this meter center,
it's usually from meter center to meter center, but everybody shares in the landscaping and getting
along here, you know. But you can see, all this stays. All this is the way it stays. Everything
we show you today is a part of the price of this home. It's so pretty. This shed, he'll have to
tell me how big it is. It looks like it's 10 by 10 or 10 by 12. Yeah. This is a dogwood tree.
This had to be, Amanda, I can't. I know. I think that was planted. Okay. So anyway,
they've taken a lot of the natural, they've added these rhododendrons in here. Yes.
That's landscaped and all the short plants and stuff were not here, of course.
Just beautiful. And I like to pan around and just show, look at your neighbor's homes.
It's so pretty here in the forest. So many people love the forest here at Tiny Town. And there's a
shot of the gorgeous Birmingham right there. But we're going to swing around here and talk about
this shed. So I'm going to work my way around. I'm going to work around the entire perimeter
and then show you the porches and the decks. So this couple is very particular about everything
they've done here. Everything is manicured immaculately in the house, the interior,
the exterior, this shed. This is a professional shed that was brought here. The deck that comes
out on the side of the shed. The attention to detail with all the people that's on this
row of homes. It's just gorgeous. They've taken great pride in this home, the skirting.
And just beyond this barrier here is our Grove community, another 72 homes. And they're
beautifully set. But the privacy, so you wouldn't think you got 230 homes on 34 acres of manufacturing
plant. All that we said, look how quiet and pretty and kind of like an oasis here. It is. So let me
show you the shed. I'm, of course, most guys like a shed, but listen, I know you ladies do too,
because when you see this and I'm sure he doesn't mind showing, this has got electricity to it.
Yes. Oh my goodness.
And you just, just looking at, you know, I hope they don't mind me showing their personal
belongings, but just the way he's organized this, the glory you could eat off of it.
Everything in here.
Look at this.
They said, I don't, I don't know if they're hauling all this out of here or they're leaving
it all, but we'll see.
This is, this is, you know what? So I think it's, it's 10, 4, 8, 10 by 12.
10 by 12.
10 by 12 shed.
Beautiful.
You can see here, it's got an electrical panel box.
Wow.
Which you never see that. And I'm sure it's insulated because this is
OSB particle board on the inside. So he's got plugs. You can see here, you could put a small
heater. There's plugs all over. Look at all the plugs here for a workbench.
This is a flip up table.
To work on.
Butcher block.
Wow.
Window. I can live in here.
All right.
So when you buy this home, Randy's going to move into the shed.
I swear I could. I mean, this is like as big as my house. I have, you know.
I love they've painted the ceiling and they painted the walls and the floor
and just made a beautiful contrast. It is so cozy.
I would buy the place just for the shed.
Look at the deck. Everything in here is just beautiful.
This is amazing. They did a great job.
Yeah.
So this goes with the purchase and it's this close to the house.
This is an Airbnb. You need to live here.
I hear you. Look at this deck. And I just wanted to show this too.
Look at these solar lights. So they have got solar lights that they have installed on there.
They've put a lot of work into everything here.
Christmas lights. Got an exterior plug.
Yes.
And this is awesome.
So when people talk about going into a tiny home, where do I put all my stuff?
Listen, get a shed. And we're talking, this is the deluxe of sheds.
I've never seen one more beautiful, but it's here on this lot here in the forest
where anybody else could do the same thing.
So these lots are big enough.
They're all the same.
To accommodate that.
Everybody in here can do the same thing they've done.
Absolutely.
So you get an outdoor picnic area, their umbrella.
Remember, all this comes with it.
All of it.
Outdoor tools and stuff.
Tucked behind the back so nobody can see them, which is nice.
And I just want to show the grove right here just to show,
because of course, right across the street, there's your neighbors and stuff.
But look, there is the grove.
Look how colorful.
Look how pretty.
And they do have a barrier up here, which is fine and gives you that little bit of privacy.
Your own little oasis.
Yeah.
So in the forest.
Let's work our way this way, Amanda.
Okay.
If you will.
Now, remember, on the Birmingham, I'm going to let you know, they replaced the temporary.
They're not temporary, but we don't put live gutters on them like a normal home
because they travel down the road.
We don't want the width.
They've replaced these with household gutters.
They have house gutters.
Downspouts.
We never put downspouts because we like to water all the trees and limbs.
But they've got big downspouts.
The water's coming away from home.
It's underpinned.
This bike and everything you see comes with this house today.
Okay.
I'm going to keep pointing that out, what comes with it.
Here's your mini split Mitsubishi.
The garden tools that you see, the garbage can, the wheelbarrows.
This is a Borden Batten, and it's an LP siding, which is almost the least amount
maintenance-free siding that we have.
Yeah.
I'd say it's a minimum, right?
It's high quality.
The shed, of course, matches the same color as the home.
Again, I want to point out, you can see this is a 30-inch sweeping overhang.
It keeps a lot of the sun and debris and rain from hitting the home.
Up there is a lap siding, and then you've got a stain grade soffit overhang with an
exterior light.
This is the Birmingham.
This is the Amanda.
These are the Amish-built homes.
It's so pretty.
I love the forest setting that we're in, the woods, the colors that they chose for their
home are just beautiful.
Look where you're at right here.
Beautiful landscaping.
The neighbor, they share this space right here.
Look what they've done.
It's just stunning.
Like Randy said, we love to encourage people to get things from the property, the river
rock and things like that, to enhance your lot.
We love that for the community.
You pay this beautiful home.
Yeah.
If you set this in Florida, California, anywhere else you set this, you're probably looking
at a $250,000, $300,000 home on $1,000 a month lot rent.
Easy.
This is $300.
This is so beautiful.
And you know, the forest, I mean, we have distinct different areas.
We have the forest, which is our first community that we built, the beach, the prairie, and
we have the grove.
And of course we have the mountain over there.
So what's this doing here, Amanda?
Well, if I can keep you away from it, not drive away with it, it goes with the house.
Goes with the house, everybody.
So they're going to leave their golf cart for you.
Gorgeous looking golf cart.
This chair outside, everything you see again, and the flag, but this golf cart goes with
the house.
All right.
We're going to go inside.
You're going to see everything inside.
Talk to the homeowner.
They're going to tell you what stays with the home.
And like this.
Okay.
Let me, attention to detail.
Attention to detail.
I'm going to clean my boots off.
All right.
How nice.
Water hose.
Yeah.
Sitting out here, ready to go.
This home is move-in ready.
All right.
Thank you.
And she said what you said earlier.
She said, just bring your toothbrush.
Yeah.
There you go.
I love this deck, how they've cut it on an angle instead of cornered out so that the
car can pull in and out of here.
Very nice.
And of course, like you mentioned earlier, it's got the solar little lights that pop up.
Yeah.
Landscaping these plants and trees.
I'm just trying to point everything out.
You guys see through the video what you see, but I'm just trying to point it out for you.
Of course, this is a screened in porch.
I'll have to ask him, but it looks like about an eight by 14.
Right.
Screened in porch.
Stunning.
Yeah.
It's all stained.
I love it.
Beautiful.
All right.
Let's head in.
All right.
Let's keep going here.
So I think this porch is probably eight by 14.
He'll tell us in here.
But look at this.
See this top this year?
This is the detail.
Setting your cups, your plates.
You're sitting out here wanting to barbecue.
Now in Tennessee, you know what we call that?
We call it a banister.
Banister.
Well, there's your banister right there to sit all your coffee.
You're cooking on it.
And your flowers and different things like that.
Furniture.
Again, this goes with the home.
So this is an outdoor furniture grill.
Show the detail of the fan what they've done.
Oh my God.
Look, they have it plugged up here and they have, you know, put the line there.
So in the summer, it's a little hot.
Yeah.
Turn that fan on.
A little breeze.
All you need.
Got a thermometer.
Got a clock.
I mean, come on, everybody.
This place is charmed.
Primo, I'm telling you.
Umbrella's probably going to stay.
The floor mat's going to stay.
The flip-flops.
Flip-flops are done.
Are going to stay.
Porch light.
Everybody, I know you can see all these things and I'm just trying to help you.
This porch, it's got, you know, anchor strips here.
These Simpson ties that are Tiger Raptors.
So it's a quality built home.
Yeah.
And two, again, we want to talk about, you know, that the majority of the people here
in the tiny homes, they do have a screened-in porch or they want to have a screened-in porch.
And because the weather is, we talked about it yesterday in a video, distinct seasons.
Yeah.
This is just so comfortable out here.
It is beautiful.
You know, when you see your neighbors and your landscaping, you see the little
glass balloons and the trees and all this stuff.
So all that means home.
Home.
You know.
Exactly.
All right.
You ready to go in?
Let's head in.
You'll remember everything.
This is cool.
Well, we're inside.
Probably heard us chattering in here when you coming in.
This is the homeowner.
And how long have you guys been here?
I've been here two and a half years.
We talked to Tom.
Tom said, draw up the plans.
Yeah.
Send it to me.
And we had it built in two and a half months.
Yeah.
And we came the week it was delivered.
Got it.
Okay.
Two and a half years.
Yeah.
Beautiful.
And we only waited two and a half months to get the house.
It was perfect.
We have no complaints.
Yeah.
Everything went great.
Purchasing the house and paying for it and everything went great.
And you guys, like we were just outside and I've always seen you guys outside all the time
messing with your yard and you've added so much.
So what I want her to do is she knows this home.
She designed the home and I want her to walk you through everything you got in the homes for sale.
And so she's wanting to sell the home.
So show everybody, tell everybody the changes you made and what you got.
What's going with the home?
Well, this is a custom home.
It's all one floor living, no loft, no stairs.
Me and my husband both live here and it's plenty big enough for both of us.
Yeah.
We've never had a problem with it.
Just one bathroom or whatever.
And we love it here.
We love it here.
It's very comfortable.
We got our own little theater going with the TV up there.
Yeah, we sure do.
And I got my sewing table here.
I like to sew.
Aw.
I put all my mess up so you wouldn't see it.
Well, you know, when I designed this Birmingham, I designed the indirect light
and I know you've covered a little bit.
You got some coming in for morning sun and evening sun's covered.
But you made some changes.
And one of the distinct ones when I first walked in is this door is a replacement.
You added those interior blinds, didn't you?
Right.
We paid the lady in the office the difference in the price for the door so we could get this.
Isn't that cool?
You know, I want to be able to see who's at the door when they're knocking on the door.
Yeah, that's awesome.
And I don't want to have to clean the blinds.
Right, right.
And then Amanda was pointing out you have blinds, custom blinds.
On all the windows.
And those are custom blinds, which those are beautiful.
You changed the floor plan and all.
Like you said, this wall used to come way out to here.
A normal Birmingham, the wall comes about right here.
Okay, yeah.
So we took room out of the bathroom and the bedroom and gave it to the living room
because we spend our time here.
We don't spend time in the bedroom bathroom.
Love it.
I like this design.
And then this is for storage too and you've got entertainment.
This is my pantry.
This cabinet here, my husband cut it out.
Because I wanted a stove.
Okay.
So he just bought another cabinet and made me a pantry there.
Pulled this cabinet over to there.
And then bought me my stove and put this in because the microwave was on the shelf and
I'm too short.
I couldn't reach the food up there.
Yeah.
So he put this so I wouldn't get burned with the food, you know, trying to get it out.
I like that touch.
That's awesome.
Yep.
And then Sean and Neff did the tile work.
That's real tile.
Stove.
I put this on top to protect the top of it, you know.
Yep.
But I do a lot of cooking.
So this stove's ample good for you cooking?
Oh, it works great.
It has rotisserie.
Oh, wow.
It's convection oven.
That is beautiful.
Got a nice little drawer here that I store all my pots and pans in.
And I store all my pots over here, all my dishes in here, my food.
Yeah.
Because my Birmingham doesn't have a pantry right there.
Right.
And I needed something.
So you use that.
And I love the color that my husband stained the tops.
We saw that in Melody's house when you did a video on Melody's house, the color.
And I just love that color.
Well, wow.
So I told my husband to figure out what it's going to take to get that color.
Well, I'm going to...
One of the things I want to point out, I know I don't have a microphone, but I'm usually
pretty loud.
With her choosing this stove, that prevented putting a lot of things on the counter.
Yes.
So you don't have the air fryer and different things because you do all of it.
I used to.
And I got rid of it because I didn't use it anymore because I air fry pork chops in there.
Everything.
So that is a really smart thing.
That's the first time I've ever seen that happen, that that stove replaced so many things
that she does not now have to put on her counter.
Yeah.
And you've got countertop space you can use.
I'm never going to let you come into my house ever.
Never.
Because you said you...
I know she'd walk and said, I wouldn't let a dog live in here.
Well, and I really like...
I use this as a countertop.
I take my pans out of here when they're hot.
I just sit them on top of there and it works out great.
I like having the air exchanger across from the stove.
It helps to get the smells out when I'm cooking.
Okay.
It works great.
What is the air exchanger for?
So it helps you whenever you're cooking.
Oh, it does.
It runs on like low 24 seven.
Can't hardly hear it.
You don't even hear it.
It just brings outside air in and inside air out.
Yeah.
It's an air exchanger, it exchanges air.
Especially in the wintertime, whenever the house is completely closed up.
Yeah.
You really need that circulation of air.
When it's cold, you're not opening the door, getting fresh air in.
Absolutely.
I love your setup with the two recliners.
Randy's parents did that down in Florida.
That is a big popular thing because that is your own comfort for you and your husband to watch TV.
Right.
And it's really all that you need.
I'll bet you I know whose chair that is.
That's mine.
Is that yours?
Good.
I don't know why Neph wanted that little lady chair.
But he's very comfortable in it.
No, it's good.
Yep.
And I love your bay window.
Yes.
You know, that's just so cool.
So everything in here stays.
Except for the personal things.
That one antique table.
Yeah.
A few antique things over here.
With the majority.
Right.
Majority of everything stays.
Wow.
Now, what went into the decision?
Because some people, and I can already tell in your home with painting it white,
it really opens it up.
It does.
It makes it bright.
We lived in a 100-year-old log cabin.
It was very dark inside.
We lived in here three years.
Oh my God, I couldn't stand it.
I needed some light.
There you go.
Even whenever there's people that I've seen their homes, they choose,
I think Beverly was one of them who chose the lighter wood.
It makes a big difference to have the lighter colors in a small space.
And the stain on the trim kind of breaks up the white.
Yes.
Great contrast.
So there's no lights on in this house.
Look how bright.
Yeah, it just feels good in here.
See the picture right there?
That's the log cabin we lived in.
Oh, is that it?
Okay.
That's the log cabin.
Oh, it's beautiful.
But it was very dark inside.
Let's see if you can see.
There we go.
So moving here, I wanted a nice, bright house.
Yeah, you got it.
Wow.
So we go, I guess we'll just move back in through here.
Mosey on.
I wanted a nightlight and Neff didn't want one in the wall.
So he put me fairy lights under the curtain.
So I turned that on at night and he made me a little button right here to turn it on.
Oh, and it's soft enough.
That's just great.
Yeah.
That's perfect.
A little wire up there and done.
He added the stove to the box back here, the electrical panels back here.
So he put this on wheels so I could roll it out when he needs to get to it.
You know, if he ever does.
I mean, thought of everything.
Well, he's a carpenter.
We built a home together, me and him.
Okay.
North Carolina.
We did most everything ourselves.
Wow, good.
So he's very...
Attention to detail.
You guys got it down.
Real quick, we'll talk about the shed before we move on.
What goes in the shed?
Is it just the shed or are you all taking all the contents?
We're taking the contents out, but it's wired.
He's got electrical plugs everywhere.
Oh, I've seen it.
He's got a fold down work table, workshop table.
Randy said, whoever moves in, he's going to move into the shed.
So they get Randy.
When I'm cleaning or watching a chick flick,
he gets his chair out there and goes out there and takes a nap.
A chick flick.
That's his man cave.
His man's shed.
Yeah.
That's his man's shed.
Now we did put the blinds up here because the way the house is,
we get that hot afternoon sun in the summer.
It was heating my house up something terrible.
But leaving it off this side because it's not hot yet in the morning.
You get that morning sun.
And we don't need it.
I know.
You know, I've got a foot overhang on that thing.
And I would think, and that would be enough.
But when that sun gets down and even, it's still warm.
Yeah.
Well, I'll be.
So 36 inch.
Beautiful sink.
Look at this farm style sink.
My husband specified he wanted the cabinet down here.
So Dave and at the Amish place didn't know what kind of sink to put.
So he just added this one.
I didn't even know he's going to do it.
Well.
A beautiful sink.
Yeah.
In your room.
You could wash your dog in there.
Bring Ace over here.
You sure could.
Oh my gosh.
I just, we'll finish with the kitchen and then we'll look at what I'm looking at here.
In the bathroom.
Yes.
Very nice.
Just so you know, this is a espresso maker.
This little tiny machine is an espresso maker.
Me and Barbara across the way here compare espresso makers.
Oh really?
We both make our lattes every day.
Wow.
And it's all staying here, right?
No, the coffee pot and all that goes with me.
I can't live without coffee.
She can't sell it.
You're not going to be able to sell the house.
Yeah.
Look, refrigerator.
I'm not going to open it.
This is like a 10 cubic foot or bigger?
It is.
10 cubic feet.
I bought this one because it has the biggest freezer.
Awesome.
It has the biggest space in the freezer.
Yep.
Stackable washer and dryer.
Can't beat this.
The way we designed it.
That washer and dryer is the extra large.
The drawer?
Yeah, the drawer at the bottom of that shelf and that lifted up.
Yeah.
You don't have to bend down as much and of course you got your storage on.
And that washer and dryer is so big inside.
I wash my comforters, my quilts, everything in there.
Do you?
Okay.
We got the extra large.
Let's tell what brand that is because people want to know that.
GE.
Yeah.
Right there.
Works great.
Oh my gosh, that's wonderful.
You know it works.
Everything in here is perfect.
It is.
The bathroom.
Before you go in, it's a pocket door instead of a barn door.
Yeah.
And she...
I didn't want the barn door.
That was extra.
It takes room out of the hallway.
See how wide our hallway is compared to the other Birmingham's?
Yep.
So she saved almost three inches by having that in the door, in the wall.
Yeah.
Of course, pocket door is awesome.
It's massive privacy, you know, than a barn door.
And do I need to be in here?
You want to show the bathroom?
You can come out.
And the ceiling is enclosed.
That is rad.
And you've got that indirect light that's still up there.
And you can open the shower curtain.
It has a real, the real nice shower in there with the fake tile.
Is that a 48-inch shower?
Uh-huh.
Yep.
48-inch shower.
Yeah.
With the fake tile, you know, into it.
That's a fiberglass unit.
Yep.
Tile profile.
They picked it out for me in the Amish place.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Good.
Elongated toilet, vanity, storage.
Regular home.
Yeah, exactly.
Wow.
My goodness.
Custom blinds.
What a beautiful, beautiful home.
I made the curtain to match the...
Oh, look at the storage.
Yeah.
That is so smart.
And that's our water heater up there above the shower.
Yes.
Look, Randy.
What?
They have the doors on it, hiding it.
You wouldn't even know.
I love it.
I didn't want to take the room out of the kitchen for the water heater.
Yeah.
Okay.
We'll go this way.
Are you ready?
We're going into the bedroom.
This little thing on the wall, you lift it up and that's where I hang my clothes when I'm drying them.
Oh, yeah.
Right here.
I dry my clothes right there.
Dryer.
Now, how smart is that?
You know what?
You're just showing off.
I love it.
Wow.
This is really cool.
Yeah.
How big is your bedroom?
Do you know?
I don't know.
Okay.
But...
It looks like 12 foot.
We've got plenty of room.
Even though we took maybe a foot, foot and a half out.
I mean, you can walk around your bed.
You can get to your closets.
Now, did you buy these?
Did we build them?
This is Ikea.
That's what I was going to say.
We bought them in boxes in Charlotte.
Brought it home and my husband brought it and put it...
Like I have room for my clothes basket for dirty clothes and stuff.
This is so wonderful.
This is what I always wanted people to do.
This is such an example.
In here, you have drawers and got a hanging room.
You can buy these way cheaper than we can build them and put them in.
100%.
And you put them where you want.
And my husband, he got the little one.
Yeah.
See, he's got the little one here.
Oh my goodness.
This is cool.
And you blacked out the indirect light up here.
And I put in these blackout curtains.
So if I want to come in here at two o'clock in the afternoon and take a nap,
this room is dark as can be.
Oh my gosh.
I like that.
Beautiful.
Let me see.
I got to show this.
Beautiful.
Even with taking out about a foot of space, there is still so much room.
Yep.
Perfect.
And look at all the storage, Rainey.
There's more storage right there.
Oh, and like right down here, I have these on...
On wheels.
Look.
All my shoes.
Storage.
I have all my linens and another one under that bed.
You're not lacking anything.
I mean, when you buy furniture, you have to think storage.
So everything has doors and drawers.
You have gotten so much thought in this.
I love this.
She's taken what we've done and then tweaked it to customize her lifestyle.
And this is perfect for couples or you could have a single bed here
and maybe a desk or something over here, a little craft area.
Sure.
It's so comfortable.
So comfortable.
Well, you know, the one thing too is in a tiny home, of course, the ceilings.
You had to have loved the high ceilings.
We did.
When we went to see the Birmingham, we just didn't like having that loft up there.
It made it feel kind of tight.
Yeah, and you didn't need a loft and steps.
I'm glad you did what you did.
And then my husband built the storage up here.
I got all my quilting stuff up there and my sewing things.
You know what she did, Amanda?
She actually took the Amanda floor plan and made it into a Birmingham.
A hundred percent.
These go together, make a king size bed.
But when he started using that machine there, I said, nope, dude, we can't do that anymore.
Nope, dude, ain't gonna do it.
Can't do it.
I bet.
Now, I love too that, you know, on a bedroom,
having an actual door that closes and shuts.
So that's very nice.
Yeah.
And it's a nice wide door.
Oh, yeah.
You know, a little bit wider than the regular.
That's a 36 inch door, man.
So it'd be perfect for somebody that had a walker or a wheelchair.
Yep.
A hundred percent.
I was about to say that because they can even get in the shower.
All the way down the hall to into the living room.
Your mom could have done it.
Yes.
Then this is my little room closet.
We specifically made it so we would have room right here to put all my stuff in.
Yeah.
Because I didn't want people to see my mops and stuff when they walk in the house.
We would have never even noticed it.
But to have that little area for it.
Wow.
Now, y'all got to make sure you go to this.
What is that?
Oh, 25th.
Yeah.
Where they have all the antique cars come.
Yes.
Oh, that's great.
You know, we have them in Morristown all the time.
We have cruise ins and stuff all the time.
Everything's staying, but our really personal stuff like this is family.
Yeah.
Came from my husband's family and that came from his family.
The little antique things here.
This nightstand.
We're taking that.
This stays.
That stays.
This stays.
Stays.
Matching.
Good.
Your table.
I've got my printer back here.
It stays.
Nice.
Your sewing table.
Yeah, it stays.
Chair stays.
There you go.
Beds, I'm sure.
Bed stays.
The dresser in the middle stays.
All the outdoor furniture stays.
Right.
Talk about your neighbors.
No, don't talk bad about your neighbors.
Well, Mary next door, she's the one starting the sewing slash craft place.
She bought a little house in the grove right behind this house.
So she just walks around the corner.
And then I've got a retired nurse that lives right here.
She's waiting to go to Buffalo Creek, I think.
I've got Barbara over there.
She's just a hoot, let me tell you.
She is a hoot.
This big around.
She'll get out there and work in that yard like a young man, like a young man.
Wow.
And she used to own an antique store.
So her house reflects that.
Oh, yes.
Yes, it does.
It's very antique chic, you know.
Probably.
And I get on my golf cart and I keep the roads hot.
I go see all my friends and all the neighborhoods.
And I ride through the park back here behind the forest right there.
I'm just scooting along everywhere.
Wow.
So what's the price you're selling everything for?
Well, $130.
But now there's the $5,000 community fee.
And I'm telling people, I will take that off of the $130.
Wow.
What a deal.
Because some people might not be able to afford that, you know,
but maybe could afford the house or something.
So I would agree to do that.
And Emily said the rent will be $400 and $25 a month, water and sewer.
Got it.
So that's what I'm letting everybody know.
What a beautiful home you've made this into in the forest.
The forest is such a sought after community anyway.
We did a video a couple of weeks ago on Beverly's home.
It's already has a pending sale on that.
This won't last long.
Oh, this is gonna be gone.
This is move in ready.
I tell you, we love, love, love this house.
We wouldn't be moving if it wasn't for health reasons.
We would be staying here.
We love it here.
We love our neighbors.
There's several couples just in the forest.
We go and do things.
We go to Mexican restaurant for margaritas.
We have parties.
We do the senior golf.
We've got two senior golf tournaments over here on Jack Pine.
Really?
Have you noticed the houses where there's grass in the front yard?
Yeah.
We set up, it's like two or three holes in each yard.
Then we have a drink.
Two or three holes in this yard.
Then we'll have a beer.
And then we end up at David and Twyla's over at their place.
And we'll have three over there and we have a cookout.
And you're sloshed.
We have a cookout.
David and Neff built a real pretty picnic area over there.
They all end up over there.
It's gorgeous over there.
I tell you, we love it here.
You're really going to miss it.
They're going to miss you too.
And we've met some lifelong friends here.
And when we moved here, there was a lot of people that needed help.
And my husband, he's a young 58-year-old.
He would go and help people.
I would take my little wagon and all my tools.
And I'd go around and do people's yards and trim their bushes,
cut their weeds and everything.
And they didn't even ask me.
I'd just go do it.
One day Randy drove by and I was cutting one of the bushes on the corner.
And I assured him I wouldn't cut it all the way down.
I'm just trimming it.
I got on her.
But they needed us to come here too, me and Neff to help people.
Thank you for showing us your home.
Oh, you're welcome.
Just bring your toothbrush.
You'll be happy.
That's right.
How do you want people to contact you?
Through email.
Okay. And what is your email?
sgatwood, A-T-T-W-O-O-D at gmail.com.
Nice.
I think it is, listen, I think it's an unbelievably fair price.
Yes.
It's a beautiful home.
If it lasts two hours after this broadcast, I'll be surprised.
And I love that I live on Tiny Town Way.
That's the name of my street, Tiny Town Way.
Tiny Town Way.
Isn't that cool?
Well, thank you so much.
You all have made it so, you've added to this community and made it so beautiful.
The curb appeal is stunning.
Made me proud of what you've done with our product.
We've had a lot of people say they're going to miss us when we're gone,
because we've done a lot for the community too.
Absolutely, that's right.
But that's why God brought us here.
That's right, exactly.
Well, thank you so much.
I'm going to do another shot outside.
Let's go look at that garden one more time.
Well, we're coming outside and the homeowner wanted to point out a few things that we didn't
see is when I said earlier about this gutter, the gutter, there's gutter guards on there.
That way you don't have to get up there and worry about these, you know, the pine needles
and the leaves coming in there.
So there's every ounce of detail has been placed into this home.
So I want to mention with that, with you saying that, Randy, this house is near maintenance free.
And this used to be a blue and they painted it green.
Beautiful.
One gallon of paint, she said, in a day and a half of paint.
Sherwin-Williams paint.
One gallon.
To paint all the green in the house.
She got a termite trap here in on the ground and one in the back.
Oh, that's great.
It's just countless number of details that you guys.
And she pointed it out in their golf cart is not battery.
She keeps the roads hot, she said.
So she can't use a battery.
Just she falls, you know, drains out.
It'll die.
Yeah.
They got, this is a gas powered golf cart that goes with the house.
Beautiful.
So listen, the price that she's asking is what you would buy Birmingham for.
And she's added all this to it.
You guys cannot beat this price.
And the house is done.
All you have to do is walk in and I mean, put your clothes in there.
This doesn't sell within hours after it hits market.
Yeah.
I'll be surprised.
Really.
And this is this is their home.
There's not our home that we're selling.
So it's a private sale.
This is awesome.
Yeah.
So there you go.
Just wanted to throw that in as we came outside.
One final look of landscaping in this beautiful home here at Incredible Tiny Homes.
See you guys.
