5 Side Hustles You Can Start With Zero Experience Using Claude AI

By the end of this video, you're going to know exactly which Claude AI side hustle fits you and how to land your first dollar with zero experience. Even if you've never made a cent online in your life and I pulled more than 10 million dollars from something that started as a side hustle. Then it turned into a full-time income. And when I started using Claude AI, it 10x my business. And if I would have had Claude AI when I first started, I would have been able to do it 10 times faster as well. And it's not just me people in my community have generated over a hundred million dollars in combined revenue as well. And they've done it with many of the side hustles that I'm going to talk about on this list. And of course using Claude AI as their trusted buddy. So when I tell you which of these actually print money, I'm not pulling it out of thin air. Most people fail at this for one stupid reason and that is they use AI to flood the internet with garbage that nobody asked for. Lazy generic slop that screams a robot wrote this and then they're shocked when nobody pays them. So Claude can be an incredible tool, a force multiplier in the hands of someone who actually gives a damn. It can be one person doing the output of a whole team for a skill that actually solves people's problems and the world will pay real money for for a skill that actually solves people's problems actually gives value and actually will have people paying you real money for. I'm going to walk you through each one of these in the exact first step to get started this week with Claude AI. So number one is going to be the most futuristic one on this whole list and I call it the robot employee. This is where you use Claude AI to build a simple AI tool like an app a little assistant a bot that does one useful job that people will pay for and when I say one useful job, I truly mean one job, right? You are not trying to make an AI that solves all of your problems. You are trying to make an AI that solves one specific painful problem and it does it very very well. Let me give you a few examples. I am very good at YouTube. I've been doing this for years and I've made over 10 million dollars from YouTube and one thing I'm very good at is making sure that I have good thumbnails. Now, most people have no idea what good thumbnails look like because you're not just making a thumbnail to get views. You're making a thumbnail to get the right views and there's a psychology behind that and this is something that's incredibly difficult to explain logically, but it's also something that's incredibly important for your success on YouTube. So what I did is I spent over 80 hours making a Claude AI skill that can actually tell you how to make a good thumbnail and this is something that initially took me probably about 10 hours to create and then another 70 hours of quality control on top of that and then since then my team and other people have spent hundreds of hours even making it better. So you make the tool in the first place, but then you need to stress test it and the stress testing it is what's going to turn it from something that's pretty good into something that is amazing. So we did this and we got incredibly good results. Our AI is better than anything else out on the market and it's not even close. It's literally like 10 times better than anything else on the market. And then we did that for literally every single step of the YouTube process. Now, here's how you can actually do this for yourself because you're probably thinking well Shane. I'm not a YouTube expert. So how in the world could this work for me? Well, you literally take anything that you are already an expert on which by the way, literally every single person watching this is an expert at something you don't have to be a 10 out of 10 expert. You could be a 3 out of 10 and help someone who's a 1 out of 10 get to a 3 out of 10, but you are absolutely an expert on something. And again, the niche validator at the live training will help you figure out what you're an expert on and what you can make content on but you take something that you're already good at for instance, maybe it's productivity and time management for sales people who work in outbound tech sales, right? So they're basically sales development representatives and you make a very specific AI that helps them with productivity and helps them get the most out of their time, right? So you might not be the world's expert on productivity and you might not also be the world's expert on sales, but you could be an expert on that one very specific thing. If you're working in tech sales and you're doing outbound prospecting, right? And that's exactly what one of my community members Troy did and he launched a company that now does multiple 8 figures a year and will likely sell for 9 figures. So basically what you're going to do here is you're going to solve the problem for yourself and basically figure out how to do something that takes a lot of time for yourself and then you can either sell the AI directly or sell the implementation of the AI to other people and full transparency. That's exactly what we do with YouTube as well. So here's how to get started. Pick one boring repetitive tasks that people already pay money to get done then describe exactly what you want in plain English to Claude and then have it build you a simple tool step-by-step. Use Claude alongside a no-code app builder like Lovable or Replit to actually put it online and then charge a small monthly fee for access. So the same tool pays you again every single month. Now, by the way, Lovable and Replit are perfect examples of this exact thing because Lovable and Replit use Claude to create websites apps and funnels, right? So that's actually a perfect example of this in motion. Now, of course you could sell the software on its own. That's a bit of a tough play. In my opinion, it's way easier to make money if you sell the implementation of the software. So you basically go into a company, you install the software, you train everybody how to use it and then you charge them an upfront fee and then a monthly maintenance fee after that. So go ahead and copy and paste this Claude prompt and then remember at the end to always put in interview me until you have enough context to give me a great answer. That is one of the secrets to using Claude and then just fill in the blanks here the task for the who and then find something you can automate that's very specific to what you already do or what you're already good at or what problems you've already solved or what you're passionate about and then start making it. And this other one is quietly making more millionaires than any of the others on the list and I call it the evergreen machine and it's the simplest thing in the world. You just talk about something that you already know a lot about on YouTube. That's it. You make a video once and it keeps getting found, keeps getting watched, and keeps paying you for years. Think of the video like a library book. You write it one time and then it just sits on the shelf getting checked out again and again forever. Every single view is ad money, affiliate money, or a customer for whatever you sell. Because the people making the most money aren't just doing the hustle. They're talking about it on YouTube, right? They're treating YouTube almost like a video diary and they're documenting in public. So that's a cheat code hiding inside of this entire video. And let me give you an example. Nurse Jen. She helps people 15 and above figure out the US healthcare system, which is literally the job that she already does every single day as a nurse. That is her niche, healthcare navigation, and she joined our community just a couple months ago. She was watching a video just like you are right now and she attended our live training and joined our community. The niche validator helped her pick her niche and she's already making passive income from her channel just by talking about what she already knows. No fancy setup, no experience, just her knowledge and Claude helping her turn it into videos. And she's already had two videos that she posted just a month ago blow up and get over 500,000 views. So when you're thinking of doing a side hustle, think about how you can solve problems for an older demographic. You don't have to do that, but it is a cheat code right now. And if you're on the older side yourself, it's even better. So here's how to get started with this. Write down the one thing that people already come to you for right? Even if it feels obvious to you have Claude interview you to pull video ideas straight out of your head, then let Claude script those videos and then record them simply and post one a week. Stay consistent long enough for the back catalog to build because that is where the passive income kicks in. Now, by the way, this takes less than four hours a week to do. It's not a lot of extra work and it makes it way easier for you to sell stuff. You can make money directly from the channel. Like you can literally make a full-time income like Nurse Jen in one month directly just from AdSense alone, but you can also easily sell stuff from the channel too. So the next one on the list lets total beginners become published authors and I call it the royalty machine and that is Amazon KDP. So you publish a book even a simple low-content one like a journal or a workbook and Amazon pays you a royalty every time it sells you write it once upload it and it can sell copies for years without you touching it again and cloud can help you write and structure the whole thing. So think of it like a fruit tree you plant it one time and then it just keeps dropping fruit season after season while you do nothing. Now community member of mine named Sean made over a million dollars from Amazon KDP and he was able to make enough money to retire in his mid 20s, but then he sold his business and started teaching other people how to do Amazon KDP as well. He was making really good money doing that. But then he found my community and we were able to help him scale all the way up to over $500,000 in a single month. And now he is literally number one in his YouTube niche. So a lot of the time the play is to start off doing the side hustle and then you can actually make more money teaching other people how to do the side hustle once you've had success with it yourself and it's actually great because it incentivizes people to share their secrets. Now, here's how to start with this one, right pick a simple book type that you could make like a journal a planner a workbook or a guide on something, you know, then use Claude to outline it write it and structure it so that it actually looks professional then publish it free on Amazon KDP and let it sit there earning royalties. Now to be completely honest with you. Sean is a total expert on this and I highly recommend you check him out. Here's an interview that I did with him on exactly how he was able to make his money and how we were able to help him make even more money amplifying what he was already doing on YouTube. All right. So the next side hustle is basically helping people get into the job that you're probably already in or a job that you had in the past. So let me just go ahead and give you a ton of examples of this because there's literally room for probably millions of channels because there's millions of different types of jobs out there, right? So Josh Mattichor, we first started working with us. He's making less than $1,000 a month. He got all the way up to $186,000 in a single month helping inexperienced people get into IT roles and then more experienced people get into higher paying jobs that are typically cybersecurity related. So he actually helps both but he typically focuses more on the cybersecurity side, but let's go even deeper. Nicole helps people get into a very specific type of cybersecurity job, which is called GRC or governance risk and compliance. Now, she's super chill. She's not the type of person who wants to scale her business, but she had an $80,000 month doing this. Boyd helps people get into an even more specific type of cybersecurity role called PCI compliance and he's made over a million dollars in a single month, but it's not just IT and cybersecurity roles. Seth helps people get into digital marketing roles. And again, he's not the type of person who wants to scale his business. He wants more of a passive income type business or side hustle and he made over $50,000 in a single month. It's not just public sector jobs either. Simone helps people get into government jobs and she makes six figures a month and it's not just jobs either. Richard Walls, one of the busiest clients I've ever worked with made it to $12,000 in a single month just reviewing MBA degrees as well as certificates and certifications and it's not just certificates and certifications and online MBAs. Alex Shep made it to $15,000 a month helping people graduate from college faster. He helps people graduate from college and sometimes less than two or even less than one year and he teaches people how to do it on his channel. So I think you're noticing a pattern here. All of these have to do with helping people get better jobs faster with less headache, etc, etc. And usually it's helping people get into specific types of jobs or helping people solve specific problems. Now one thing I'm going to say almost all of these are very very boring. Okay, you're going to help people get into a job. It's going to be super exciting at first and then it's going to be the same thing over and over and over again and I would know because I came from this niche, but this is one of the most underrated niches out there and I'm telling you you give so much value to the world when you do this because so many people are wasting their time going to college for four years when they could easily land the same exact job and a fraction of the time if they just did things right or they're wasting their time in a dead-end job when they could be working in a really good job that actually has career potential and has a ladder that they can actually climb and make it to six or even multiple six figures a year, right? So this is a phenomenal niche. And by the way, these people I just showed that is just the tip of the iceberg. Most of these people were part of my community. That's just the tip of the iceberg. I probably worked with like 30 to 50 people in this niche and there's so many different jobs and sub jobs and different, you know types of different careers that you can go into and help people with and sometimes it's not really even high-paying jobs as well. Some of the higher paying ones. I've worked with help people get into lower paying entry-level jobs and they do it with courses sometimes but they also do it with coaching or even done for you stuff. So for instance, you could get paid to make people's resumes you could get paid to make their LinkedIn profiles. That's a done-for-you service or you could get paid to coach them through all of it. Like how to outreach to people what to put on their resume how to get noticed by the right people how to do really well in interviews, etc, etc, or you could even make a course that just does it automatically. So just as an example, I've worked with course careers actually help them with a bunch of their marketing and I help them hire their coaches and design their curriculum and all kinds of stuff like that and that company is likely going to sell for nine figures and they help people get into mostly entry-level job and that brings me to the next one on the list because you might be thinking well, I don't really want to sell anything, right? I just want to make the content and get paid. That's totally fine as well. That's exactly what my brother wanted to do as well. So my brother is 50 years old. He's not tech savvy. He's never made a video and he's been working in the trades for about 30 years and he wanted to make some money online. And so I helped him grow his channel where he literally just talks about what the best trade careers are and which ones you should go into for different types of circumstances, right? He doesn't even help them get into a specific type of trade career. He just talks about the different ones the pros and cons of each one and he helps them make the decision about which one they want to go into and he doesn't sell anything yet only affiliate marketing and lead generation 29 days after posting his first video. He was already making a full-time income over $214 in a single day and last month. He had a record month of over $18,000. So he is absolutely crushing it and he hasn't sold a single thing himself yet, but he would make a lot more money than that if he did decide to sell something but it's just a lifestyle thing for him and I totally respect that and here's another example. There's tons of different YouTube channels that literally just Unclog drains on camera, right? Drainer drain cleaning Australia drain addict and just to click into one of these channels drain addict for instance is making $17,000 a month just from AdSense alone. Okay, just from the ads that pop up on his channel. He's making 17,000 a month and if he has affiliate links in the description or he's selling anything on the channel, he's likely making far far more than that. And again, it's completely passive drain cleaning. Australia is making 8,000 a month just from AdSense alone and I could go on and on there's a bunch of channels like this, but you might be thinking well Shane. I don't have a cool interesting weird job. How could I do this? Okay fair enough. How about these channels that literally just record themselves flipping burgers, you know, the thing that this channel has in common with the drain cleaning channels is they're literally just doing what they were already going to do, but they're just recording themselves and posting it on YouTube and that's what he's doing. He's recording himself flipping burgers and there's a tool you can use called view stats that will show you that he made $46,000 just from strapping a camera right here and recording himself making burgers. He made $46,000 from doing that and then uploading it to the internet. Okay. So a lot of people think like, oh Shane, I don't know what to make. I don't know what content to make. I don't know how to make money like there are so it's just an infinite amount of ways to make money so many different side hustles so many different ways. It's probably something you already do or you already spend a bunch of time doing or you've already had a lot of issues with it in your past like you've had problems that you've had to overcome or you're really passionate about it or something like that and you can make money doing all those things. So I think you get the point here. There's so many different side hustles out there that work incredibly well, but they all need traffic and without a doubt the best type of traffic is on YouTube. And that's why I recommend doing one of these side hustles and then starting on YouTube.
