What are the best skills to learn to make money? In this video, I'm going to break down the absolute number one skills for 2022. And here's a great hint and excitement for you. You already have everything you need. You just got to get it in the right order. So get a pen and paper. We have a lot to do to crush 2022. So three things I'm going to talk about, what are the most profitable skill sets in 2022? Number two, how do you monetize these skill sets like fast? And I have the exact vehicle. You can do it in an hour or two. And then number three, I'm going to share with you the steps to get what I call a 21st century lemonade stand up and running in your household right away. So let's begin. I'm actually going to read off this list because it's quite long and it's interesting how categorically it's in the same area. So what are the most profitable skill sets for 2022? If you search them out right now in that lovely place called the internet, the bathroom wall, this is what it says. It says social media marketing, website development, content writing, or SEM, just search engine marketing, graphic design, video editing. I'm going to add in photography because I'm sure they just forgot that one. And then in the growing world of content, if you have any of these skills, you can make serious cash. And here's the truth with all of you. You all have this. So you have content, you have some expertise. I don't care what it is. You have to monetize it. See years and years ago, 2007, I wrote the book Cash Machine and it's how to build a six figure business and then a seven figure business. And they're not difficult to do. My first year in business, I did 359. My second year, I was at 1.7. So I went on a huge trajectory and then I just kept going up and why go back? So you all have this brilliant content. You just haven't learned to monetize it. So let's talk about how to monetize it. See what we're taught is to go to school and get a job. And then you do your one or two tasks that you're paid for. Now you have amazing content. The reason I have so many books and I'm producing another book right now is it's all right here. A book is your brain on paper. It's your experience on paper. And you don't do the editing. You hire it to great editors and they'll do the work. They'll make it look like an amazing book. And voila, you've got a great content piece. You don't even have to have that. You can just do an audio recording. You can just do a video like this, get your content out, get people talking to you about your experience. How do you monetize? I tell you the first thing you have to do, you got to put a price tag on it. It's not free. Now let's take a little swipe at that because the internet, everybody says you got to put a free content, free content. So yes, there's a whole batch of free content. Let's talk about the monetize part. You have to put a price tag on it. So I encourage $10. I love $7. I have $9. I love $10. I love like low dollars. Most people can afford it. Heck, everybody's spending $7 at Starbucks is driving through right now. If they get a food product, they're clearly at 11. They're so used to throwing $7, $11 around. It's like nothing. So why don't they just throw it into your wallet? And that means offer a great content piece. Well, how do you find out what people want from you? Ask a question, do a survey and find out what do people want in the expertise that you have. Now I'd actually do a marketplace where I teach you an entire process on how to do this. I do it every three weeks. So at the end of my video, stay to the end and give me all your information. I will give you tickets to my marketplace where you're going to come learn how to make money literally in the matter of a few hours. It's not difficult, but you got to have a price. And the reason I want a low price again, to double that up because you're going to get a huge database. And then from the database, you can continue to focus group and survey and market them. And then you're going to work down to the niche group of people that you really want to work with. See a lot of marketers, old-fashioned, they have it all backwards. They start with, who's your niche? I don't want you to start with your niche. I'm a money expert and I have a wide offer, tons and tons of content pieces that people can opt in for small amounts of money. So I keep building this massive database around the topic of money. And then those who really want to be my client, which is my niche, is way down inside my funnel. So monetizing is a very strategic pricing and funneling activity. We're going to talk about that and give you tickets to my marketplace where I will see you there. But here's a few things to know now. Other ways to monetize your skills. Well, you're sitting on a ton of skill sets. I mean, look around the house. I mean, I start with, you know, what are some basic things you do that what are you already good at, right? If you're already good at video games, could you do some video editing? If you're already enjoying photographer, could you do that? My athletes, my student athletes, so many of them are becoming personal trainers. They have nutrition journals. They do very specific strength or speed training. They do position training, quarterback training to defensive line training. My son tutors. He's a genius at math. He does makes a ton of money tutoring math. Before he left Lake Tahoe, he was a ski instructor. You can hire the pros up at the ski resorts for $350, or you can hire my son for $150 and he's a national champion. So you might as well hire him. I mean, you all have something you can do. The difference is you have to put a price on it and have to make it available. See, a lot of you, that's where your mistake is. You're not making what you have available. So it's easy for people to buy from you. So get a quick little Shopify store, go to SD, go to Pinterest. There's tons of places all over. I mean, my daughter just started selling a whole bunch of her clothes on Poshmark. I'm like, where are you boxing these clothes up to? They don't, they look really good. She said, yeah, I'm done with them. I'm going to sell them and I'm going to get some more. So now she's in the whole Poshmark selling. All of you have something to do, right? Go back to the old eBay days, sell your bunch of crap in your house. You all can make money. Now, are these sophisticated? No, that's not the point. The point is getting you out of employee motive. I have to have a job for money. And what can I do to generate money? And then we're going to get you more sophisticated. There'll be a day where you're going to land on a thing, something that you love to do and that you're really good at. And then we're going to put a business plan, a six, seven figure business around it, and you're going to rock and roll. Now let's keep going. So I want you to execute these ideas like immediately. I want to see what can you do in a day to make 25 to $50. Just start out easy, simple. What can you do? You're not going to do anything that you have no area of experience in, nothing you want, and you're never going to do an invention to start that does not work, right? You're going to introduce a product or service that you already know. So for example, I didn't start with my own stuff. I didn't have my own stuff. I started with Kiyosaki stuff, right? I sold the Rich Dad Poor Dad stuff. And then I added Bob Proctor and Keith Cunningham. I actually sold 18 people stuff between 1996 and 2000 until I kind of figured out what my stuff was. The other stuff that I've sold for years and years and years is direct sales. I love direct sales stuff. It price fixes, it beats all this inflation, tons of things you can sell. So it does not have to be your own. There's too much pressure. I think for everybody to be an influencer, support an influencer. You don't have to be one, right? Doesn't mean you have to do it on your own. You need something that the customer is going to understand your service and your product immediately, like super fast. Like I'm a money expert like that. Super simple. I'm a videographer. I'm a whatever you are. By the way, if you're good at writing or you're bilingual, you've got a gold mine out there. You want your product or service to be easily available and you have to be able to receive money, whether that's Venmo, Stripe, Square, however else you're going to do it, make it super simple and easy for people to pay you. Do not say only take cash and checks. That's so 1940s. We're not doing that anymore. So get on a goal to make at least a thousand dollars, right? That's $50 a day, five days a week, $250 times four weeks is a thousand dollars. Make that your first simple goal. Go out, make money. It is easy to make money.
