After months of stretching toward the sun, it ended up pretty leggy and overgrown. But that’s the beauty of this plant—it’s so resilient. I’ve noticed that if I just work with its natural tendency to branch out, it starts looking less like a tired herb and more like a sturdy little tree.

It’s just a simple, ongoing rhythm I’ve fallen into: grow, snip, root, and start all over again. A constant cycle that keeps the kitchen green.

Now I'm just left with these fresh cuttings... and the classic dilemma: should I start yet another batch of roots, or just enjoy them in a salad? 🥗✨
