🍰 Homemade Cream Cake Recipe
Ingredients
For the Cake
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
½ cup oil
½ cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ tbsp baking powder
For the Frosting
250 g mascarpone
200 ml whipping cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Filling
Strawberry jam
Topping
Chocolate sprinkles (optional)
Method
Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add the oil while mixing, then add the milk. Combine the flour and baking powder, then gently fold them into the wet mixture. Pour the batter into a prepared cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 25 minutes.
Let the cake cool completely before slicing it into two layers. Whip together the mascarpone, whipping cream, and powdered sugar until thick and fluffy. Spread the frosting and strawberry jam over the first layer, place the second layer on top, and cover the entire cake with frosting. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles and chill in the fridge before serving.

🍛 Simple Butter Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
For the Chicken
• 450 g chicken breast, cut into cubes
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp paprika powder
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1 tsp cumin powder
• ½ tsp chili powder
• ½ tsp turmeric powder
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 2 tbsp yogurt
For the Sauce
• A little oil
• 2 onions, finely chopped
• 2 tomatoes, chopped
• 2 black cardamoms
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 star anise
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• A little water
• 200 ml cooking cream
• Fresh coriander (optional)
Method
Marinate the chicken with the lemon juice, salt, paprika, coriander, cumin, chili powder, turmeric, black pepper, minced garlic, and yogurt. Let it marinate for a few minutes.
Heat a little oil in a pan and cook the chicken for a few minutes until lightly browned. Remove it from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the black cardamoms, bay leaf, and star anise. Add the chopped onions and cook until softened. Add the chopped tomatoes, paprika powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and tomato paste. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
Remove the whole spices and blend the sauce until smooth, adding a little water if needed.
Pour the blended sauce back into the pan with a little water. Add the cooked chicken and pour in the cooking cream. Stir well and simmer on low heat until the chicken is tender and the sauce is rich and creamy.
Garnish with fresh coriander if desired and serve hot with rice or naan.
