Sausage casing rinse and run the water through all of them. Squeeze the water out really well.
Sliced lemon grass cut the onions into smaller pieces. Devein kiffir Lime leaves. Blend all these in the food processor.
Seasonings are:
Fish sauce
Salt
Sugar
Thai Ground Chili Peppers 🌶
Black Peppers
MSG
Chicken powder
All ingredients and seasonings are depending on how much ground pork you are using.
I recommend go little on each seasonings. Mix really well and then microwave to taste your sausage.
