What can Coldwater do about data centers?

Eight months, six to eight months, I've been reviewing ordinances from all over the state where there are ordinances, because there's few and far in between in the state of Michigan. There's more and more auditoriums, as you guys are probably all aware, but I've also been looking nationwide and seeing what other states and communities are doing out there. Well, it's all over the place to say the least. Data centers, they come in all shapes and sizes. And every type of data center has a different demand. So trying to find one that fits our community the best has been really interesting. And I'm gonna say it's been a fun challenge, because at the end of the day, we have that exclusionary rule in the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act says that we cannot be exclusionary. So we have to allow some form of compassion, but we can potentially limit it.
