Authorities identify victims in Maryland house party shooting

The Harford County Sheriff's Office identified a victim who died and another who was injured in a shooting at a house party in Fallston on July 5.

Authorities said that they responded to a "chaotic and rapidly evolving scene" in the 2300 block of Willow Vale Drive after receiving reports of a shooting.
