No-Bread High-Protein Sandwich 🥪

Ingredients

1 cup finely chopped capsicum, onion, carrot & corn
½ cup grated low-fat paneer
½ cup besan
2–3 tbsp thick curd/yogurt
½ tsp dhaniya powder
½ tsp chaat masala
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh coriander leaves (optional)

Method

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Adjust consistency if needed—the mixture should be thick, not runny.
Lightly grease the sandwich maker.
Spread the mixture evenly, close, and cook for 6–8 minutes until golden and crisp.
Serve hot with mint chutney or a yogurt dip.
