Steel House by Alto Arquitectura is a contemporary residence in Colombia that combines a bold steel structure with warm natural materials to create a seamless connection between architecture and landscape. Elevated above a concrete base, the home features expansive glass walls, a dramatic cantilever, and carefully designed outdoor spaces that blur the line between inside and outside. Optimized for Bogotá's cool climate with passive solar strategies, insulated glazing, and radiant floor heating, the project demonstrates how modern design, structural efficiency, and environmental performance can come together to create a comfortable and timeless living experience.
