Video Summary
AI Generated
This video explains how to use AI to build high-paying side hustles by enhancing real-world value rather than automating low-quality content. It details strategies for leveraging \"boring\" businesses, digital publishing, and expert consulting, while using YouTube as a lead-generation engine to sell high-ticket services and products.
By the end of this video, you will know 5 Claude AI side hustles that pay more than 9 to 5,
and you'll know exactly how to start each one of them this week.
And I'm not pulling these out of thin air.
I've built multiple businesses to over 10 million dollars using nothing but a camera
and the internet.
And I've personally watched hundreds of regular people use AI to walk away from jobs that they
hated.
But here's the part that matters.
Almost everyone chasing AI money right now is doing it wrong.
They're using chatTBT to crank out the same soulless garbage that everyone else is making,
and the internet is absolutely drowning in that slop.
It doesn't sell.
It never will.
And the people making it are broke as hell wondering why.
But the people that are actually getting paid are using Claude AI, a tool that's flat out
better at the stuff that these hustles actually require, and they're getting real results with
real receipts.
So I'm going to show you 5 of them, name by name, number by number, and I'm going to hand
you the exact first steps for each one.
No fluff, no get-rich-quick bulls**t.
Just the real ******* playbook.
And if even one of these clicks for you, which chances are one or two of them will,
it could change your entire financial life.
And that is not an exaggeration.
That's just what finally happens when you finally stop using the wrong tool and you
do the right side hustles.
So if you appreciate me making this type of content, let me know by gently tapping that
like button, and let's dive into it right now.
Okay, so let's jump in.
And the first one I'm going to call the boring gold mine.
So let's start with the most boring one on the list, and it might be the most profitable
one as well.
So a community member of mine is named Craig, and he's a realtor.
Now he's in his 70s.
He's not a tech guy.
He's not a content guy.
He's just a regular dude who sells houses.
And for years, his marketing went nowhere, and he was basically invisible online.
Then he started using AI to help him plan and create content for his real estate business.
And one single video he put out hit over 101,000 views in less than a month.
Now for context, his entire channel before that had under 45,000 views total.
And that was after years and years of uploading.
So one video, just one more than doubled everything that he'd ever done before.
Now think about what that means for a realtor, right?
That's not just views.
That's the entire town suddenly knowing exactly who to call when they want to buy or sell
a house.
And it doesn't even have to be something like real estate.
For instance, there's a guy named David Blake who buys fruit from Walmart, oranges, lemons,
et cetera.
Then he dries it out in a dehydrator and sells it to bars and cafes.
That's the whole business, and he makes over $12,000 a month doing it.
Or a woman named Jocelyn Chen who runs luxury picnic setups on the weekends.
Blankets, decor, the whole photo-ready spread built completely around her 9 to 5.
And she makes roughly $12,000 a month as well with a base price of $185 a booking.
So this is a dead simple business, and it's pretty boring as well.
Just doing the same thing over and over again.
But imagine running the entire back end of one, right?
Every booking, every message, every marketing post with Claude doing the lion's share of
the work.
That is the difference between a side gig that eats your weekends and one that quietly
runs itself.
Now here's where it gets stupid.
Some guy named Matthew Gallagher took this same idea, a boring normal business solved
with AI, and ran it to the moon.
And when I say to the moon, I mean a billion-dollar company.
Literally, one person started a billion-dollar company.
He started a telehealth company called Medve with 20 grand.
He used AI tools, including Claude, to build damn near the whole thing.
And basically, all he was doing is connecting people who wanted Ozempic or other GLP-1 drugs
that are for weight loss, taking care of all the regulatory stuff, all the doctor visits,
all that kind of stuff, automatically with AI, and just bridging the gap between them
and the companies.
In his first year, he did over $401 million in revenue with himself and two contractors.
Now, full disclosure, that guy is under a ton of heat right now for cutting corners
with AI, fake ads, and the whole mess.
So don't do what he did.
But this is a perfect lesson of the power of AI.
You can use AI to build something real, or you can use it to fake your way into a lawsuit.
So don't be unethical and don't use AI slop for sure.
We're going to be talking about doing it the real way.
Quick break.
I'm going to be doing a live training this week on how to start YouTube step-by-step
for beginners.
This is going to be for people who want to start a channel, but they don't know what
niche to pick, what videos to make, or how to actually get started the right way.
And it's a completely free training, no strings attached.
In fact, I'm giving away even more bonuses at this training.
Just as an example, I'm going to be giving away my niche validator, which works for
ChachiPT, as well as ClaudeSkills, which is a super valuable piece of software where you
can finally figure out what the best niche for you is.
Do not miss out on this training.
Make sure you sign up for it down in the description and the pinned comment below because you only
get it if you join the training.
So if you don't join now, you might miss out on it forever.
But that being said, in the workshop, you'll get to meet me and you'll get to ask me questions
directly.
So I look forward to seeing you.
So click the link in the description and the pinned comment below this week.
Make sure you put on your calendar.
And if for whatever reason you missed out on it or you weren't able to attend, make
sure you still click that link because we might be having workshops in the future as
well, and you'll be the first to know about it.
So, yeah, hope to see you there.
Now back to our regularly scheduled programming.
And this is what I call the boring goldmine.
So you don't have to become a YouTuber.
You don't have to be an influencer.
You just take a normal, unsexy business like real estate, plumbing, cleaning, accounting,
whatever, and you use Claude to do the work that used to take a whole team, the marketing,
the emails, the proposals, the scripts, the customer follow ups.
Claude becomes the staff that you can't afford to hire yet.
Think of it like a lemonade stand.
The old way was your one kid squeezing every single lemon by hand.
You can only serve so many cups before your arm gives out.
But Claude is like handing that kid an automatic juicer, a cashier, and a guy on the corner
waving a sign.
Same kid, same stand, but he's selling 10 times as many cups.
And here's the thing about Craig.
Notice why it worked.
It wasn't the houses.
It wasn't the audience.
The moment people could see him, trust him, and find him, the business followed.
That's the quiet thread running through every single hustle on this list, and we'll get
into why that matters.
Now compare that to a nine to five.
A realtor working for a brokerage splits every commission and answers to a manager.
Craig owns his audience, owns his leads, and keeps the whole check.
So here's how to start with this.
Pick the business that you already understand.
A lot of the time, it's going to be your current job.
For instance, I have countless community members that literally made full-time incomes easily
by teaching people how to get into the job that they were already in.
Like Josh, who taught people how to get into entry-level IT jobs, and then people who are
already in pretty good jobs how to get high-paying cybersecurity jobs.
And he went from making less than $1,000 a month to over $186,000 in a single month.
Or Nicole, who teaches cybersecurity professionals how to get into a very high-paying and very
boring job called GRC, which is Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
And she had an $80,000 month.
And it doesn't have to be your job.
It can be all kinds of other boring stuff you just happen to already be good at.
For instance, this guy, the organic chemistry tutor, tutors people in organic chemistry
or chemistry-related subjects.
And he makes over $100,000 a month just from AdSense alone, and he hasn't posted a video
in three months.
So that's passive.
Oh, and he's probably making way more money than just the money he makes from AdSense
alone.
And this girl right here made over $100,000 in a single day teaching people how to use
Excel, right?
And I could go on and on here, right?
There's lots of different examples of these boring things that you can use AI to enhance,
do a lot better, and make a lot more money with.
So like I said before, pick the business or side hustle that you already understand.
Your current job counts.
Open Cloud and tell it exactly what you do and who you help.
Ask it to build you a 30-day content and marketing plan.
Write your first 10 pieces of content and draft the emails that you send to leads.
You can start free at cloud.ai.
The $20 a month plan is plenty to run a real business.
And don't overthink the niche, right?
Boring and specific beats clever and broad every time.
And here's an example of a prompt you can use.
You can copy and paste this, fill in the blanks, and then just let it interview you until it
has enough context to give you the best answer.
Now, if you're still confused about what niche to pick, I totally understand.
That's one of the biggest things that people in our community come in having trouble with,
and then we help them solve.
And I actually have a free training that I'm doing tonight that you can access in the description
and the pinned comment below.
That's going to help you pick your niche, and it's going to help you get your first
sales for your side hustle.
So click the link in the description and the pinned comment below to check that out.
All right, next one up.
This one runs while you sleep, and I call it the silent bookstore.
So a community member of mine, Sean, was stuck.
He'd been publishing books on Amazon for a while, and he was convinced that his niche
was dead.
Like there was nothing left to say and no money left to make.
Then he started working with us, and one of his first videos after working with us did
18 times his channel's average, and he made over 10 times more money than what he was
making before.
He made over $500,000 in a single month.
And he did it by teaching this, the silent bookstore.
You publish books and short guides on Amazon through a program called KDP, or Kindle Direct
Publishing, and they sell every single day without you lifting a finger.
And the catch used to be that writing a book takes forever, and that's the part that pisses
me off, right?
Most people quit at chapter two and leave a money tree in the ground, and that's exactly
where Claude changes the game.
Claude is genuinely incredible at long-form writing, and he can hold an entire book in
his head, keep the voice consistent, and take you from a blank page to a finished draft
in a fraction of the time.
So think of it like planting fruit trees.
A job is like picking fruit for an hourly wage.
You stop picking, you stop earning, and a book is a tree.
You plant it once, and it drops fruit every season whether you show up or not.
Plant 10 trees, and you've got an orchard paying you in your sleep.
And this is exactly what one of my community members, Sean, did.
He built an audience, and he pointed them at his stuff.
His books, affiliate marketing stuff related to his books, and teaching people how they
can sell ebooks as well.
So the books might be the product, but the audience was the engine.
And a nine-to-five caps you at a salary no matter how good you are.
But a business like this has no ceiling because you can always just plant another tree.
So here's how to get started.
Pick a topic that people are already buying.
Search Amazon for it.
Use Claude to outline the book.
Draft each chapter.
Tighten the writing.
Format it.
Design a simple cover with a cheap tool like Canva.
And then upload it to Amazon KDP for free.
Now a short useful guide can be done in a weekend, a full book in a few weeks.
But start with one, learn the system, then stack them.
And to be honest, Sean is way better than I am at this stuff.
So definitely check out my interview with him by clicking, I think, up here.
Now here's a prompt that you can use.
All right, section three is the hidden expert.
So you already know how to do something that other people will pay to learn.
Cooking, fitness, a language, a software, an instrument, a skill from your job, anything.
You package that knowledge and sell it as coaching or consulting.
And Claude becomes your behind-the-scenes team.
It scripts your videos, builds your webinar,
writes your follow-ups, and prepares you for every single call.
But the expertise is yours.
The grunt work is Claude's.
And this works for basically any skill.
So a great example of this is our community member Isaiah.
So Isaiah teaches intermediate singers how to go pro.
Either literally go pro, like actually start making money with singing,
or get to a professional level of competency when it comes to singing.
And when he first started working with us, he was making absolutely zero money.
Then by following our process, he made $28,000 in a single month.
And he is now making a six-plus-figure income just coaching alone.
Another example of this is this guy right here, BookFox.
Now if you look at his YouTube channel,
it's going to show that he makes about, you know, $5.1,000.
And that's pretty good, right? $5.1,000 a month.
But you'd probably think, yeah, it's not really that much to write home about.
But actually, this is just from AdSense alone.
And he's basically running this channel teaching people how to write better fiction
and probably making pretty good money from the channel alone.
But then he's selling courses and he's selling coaching,
helping people write better fiction.
And just as an example, on our channel,
we make somewhere between 20 to 50 times more than what we make from AdSense.
And so I'd be willing to bet that if he's monetizing even remotely well,
this gentleman is probably making over $50,000 a month from this channel easily.
So think of it like a funnel, right?
Wide at the top, narrow at the bottom.
Three videos pour a ton of people into the top,
and then a small number of them come out the bottom as paying clients.
So you do not need millions of people.
You need a steady drip out the bottom.
And what is pouring people into the top of that funnel?
Well, it's content.
An audience, and it's the same thread as everything else, right?
A nine-to-five pays you once for your expertise, which is a flat salary.
But a hidden expert sells that same expertise
over and over to as many people as the funnel can hold.
So here's how to get started with this.
Write down the one thing that people already ask you for help with all the time,
whether this is in your professional life, your personal life,
hobbies that you do, things that you've gotten really good at, et cetera, et cetera.
Then use Claude to plan 10 videos that give a quick win on that topic.
Then build a simple offer, like a coaching package or a consulting call.
You can charge one time.
$100 an hour is the absolute bare minimum that you should charge for coaching.
Or even better than that is a coaching package,
where you charge them a lot more money, but you make them pay for many calls at once.
Because let's be honest, nobody's going to get results just from one call alone.
And you can use tools like Calendly for booking or Stripe for payments.
And these are both free to start.
Then let Claude write any marketing assets you have,
like your sales page or a video sales letter or webinar, as well as your sales scripts.
And then you can charge anywhere from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars per client,
depending on the result that you deliver.
Now, here's the prompt to use.
And again, just let it interview you until it has enough context to give you a good answer.
That's actually the key here.
All right. So the next section is what I'm going to call the invisible workforce.
So this is for people who'd rather get paid to do the work than to teach it.
So you offer a done-for-you service, right?
This could be so many different things.
Writing, design, marketing, automation, admin,
whatever a business will pay for.
And Claude does most of the actual work behind the scenes.
You are the face and the project manager.
Claude is the team of 10 that you don't have to make payroll for.
The client gets the results.
They never see the engine.
They just assume that you probably have a huge team.
When in reality, it's Claude doing most of the heavy lifting.
Think of it like a power tool versus a hand tool.
A regular freelancer building a deck with a hammer can only swing so fast.
You show up with a nail gun.
You do the same exact job, but in a fraction of the time.
And you can take on five decks while the other guy's still stuck on his first.
So a community member of mine named Carla runs a service business.
She basically helps companies build and manage remote teams.
So she literally helps them hire remote employees.
And most of her videos get fewer than 200 views.
Why?
Because there's not that many people out there that actually hire employees.
So by every YouTube metric, that channel is a flop, right?
Only 1,500 subscribers and only 100 to 200 views per video.
Why is she even wasting her time, right?
Well, she actually closed $106,000 contract from that channel.
One contract, six figures from 1,400 subscribers.
And how did Carla get that client?
Well, it's not from going viral.
It's from showing up consistently and being findable.
A small audience of exactly the right people.
Now, most people would have quit that channel out of embarrassment,
but she turned it into a six-figure check.
And by the way, she's not the only one.
There are probably hundreds of thousands of channels out there,
just like hers, that don't get that many views that are making a full-time income.
And then there's thousands of these massive influencers that get lots and lots of views,
and they aren't making any money.
Boogie2988 would be the most classic example of that.
Nearly 4 million subscribers.
And he went on a podcast tour saying that he's pretty much broke, right?
So don't just assume because the channel is getting a lot of views
that they're making a lot of money.
That is not always the case.
And don't assume because the channel is not getting that many views
that they're not making that much money.
I had some goofball people comment on my channel.
Oh, Shane, you fell off.
You used to get way more views than you used to.
Trust me, we are making more money than ever getting the views that we are, right?
We are doing that on purpose.
So yeah, done-for-you services, very, very common.
I believe that 73% of GDP in the US comes from service-based businesses.
A lot of people just want you to do the work for them, okay?
Some people want you to teach them how to fish,
but most people just want you to fish for them.
It's just that, especially in first world countries.
So here's how to start with this.
Pick one service that you can sell.
Content writing, social media, email marketing, simple automations,
and one type of business to sell it to.
Use Claude to actually deliver the work and write your outreach and proposals.
Post a few videos or posts showing that you know your stuff
so the right clients find you.
And you can land your first client with zero followers
or very close to zero followers, a tiny channel.
Carla basically did that.
Then charge per project or a monthly retainer.
Even a few clients can beat a full-time salary.
And here's a prompt that you can use.
Just copy this, put it in, and then let it interview you
until it has enough context to give you a really good answer.
Okay, so next is the big one.
And this is the one that everything else has been quietly pointing at this whole time.
This is the audience machine.
And it's the secret hiding under all five of these.
A niche YouTube channel isn't just a side hustle.
It is the engine that powers every other one.
Because once you have an audience that trusts you,
you can sell any of the other four.
Books, coaching, services, your own business.
To the same people over and over again.
And here's why this is the play of the decade.
You are not just earning ad money.
YouTube is the only platform that is both a social network
and a search engine at the same time.
It's the second biggest search engine in the world.
And guess what?
It's owned by the first biggest search engine in the world.
So a video that you post today can still bring you views,
leads, and money five years from now.
And if you don't believe me,
this exact video that I'll pop up on the screen
was a video that we posted five years ago.
Has nothing to do with YouTube.
And it had no call to action for anybody even look in the description.
And yet we landed a six-figure contract
from someone who clicked on the link in the description in that video.
Absolutely insane.
So think of it like building a toll booth on a road
that more and more cars use every single year.
A job is a road that you drive every day to get paid.
The channel is a road that other people drive
and you collect a toll every single time they pass.
You build it once and the traffic only grows over time.
So a community member of mine named Josh
makes videos in the IT and cybersecurity space.
Pretty technical, very niche, right?
I was mentioning him before.
He basically helps people get entry-level IT jobs
as well as people who are already in tech
get very high-paying cybersecurity jobs.
He actually had Fortune 50 companies and Fang companies
that are harder to get into than Harvard or Yale
reaching out to him and offering him jobs.
So it was incredibly good for networking.
And that's something that a lot of people don't really talk about.
Having a YouTube channel positions you as an authority
and it is so valuable in indirect ways
as well as the direct ways that it's valuable.
So they say that your network is your net worth.
And I would have to agree with that.
I've gotten opportunities because of my YouTube channel
that are just life-changing opportunities.
For instance, I got equity in a company
that might sell for nine or even 10 figures
because of my YouTube channel.
But anyways, Josh kept going.
His channel got to 10,000 a month, then 30,000 a month,
then $186,000 in a single month.
And of course, at this point, he quit his dream job
because he was making so much more money from YouTube
that it just did not make sense for him to work anymore.
So if that doesn't make you rethink your whole damn career,
I do not know what will.
And before you say, well, Josh just got lucky, Shane.
Look at how many random niches are quietly printing money, right?
There's a channel called Rob Words
that's just about the English language, like word origins.
And this channel is making $8,300 a month
just from AdSense alone.
Now, if you put that in perspective,
on Josh's channel, it says he's only making $500 a month, right?
Again, that is just AdSense alone.
So if this guy's monetizing even remotely close to, well,
he's probably making like five times more than that
on this channel easily.
And again, there's some people that make 100 times more
than what they make from AdSense or even more than that.
But it's not just him.
There's another channel called Defunctland.
This is about theme park rides that don't exist anymore.
How freaking random is that?
And this channel makes $17,400 a month, again,
just from AdSense alone.
And there's another channel, Adam Neely.
He makes videos about music theory.
And Stuart Hicks makes videos about buildings.
They're all making significantly more from their channels
than they would from a full-time job.
And none of them are sexy and all of them make more than a job
because all of them are built with an audience.
And this is the thing that I've been hinting at the whole video.
Every single person that I just showed you, Craig, Sean,
Isaiah, Carla, they didn't really win because of real estate
or books or coaching or services.
They all won because they built an audience.
The side hustle was the vehicle, but the audience was the fuel.
And the single best way to build an audience in the world right now
is a YouTube channel built around you,
also known as a hybrid personal brand.
And that is the real cheat code, right?
And I'll talk about exactly what a hybrid personal brand is
and how to start it in the live training this week.
Click the link in the description in the pinned comment below.
So pick a niche, point a camera at yourself,
and use Claude to handle the scripts,
the ideas, and the research.
So the only thing you have to do is show up and talk.
And the truth is, just about every side hustle
that you hear about out there on the internet,
they all work.
If you have traffic, right?
If you have an audience of people that know, like, and trust you,
all of them work.
But they're all really difficult to get working if you don't.
So here's how to start.
Pick a niche that you can talk about for years.
Ideally, one that connects to something you already do,
something you're already good at,
something you've struggled with in the past,
or something you're very passionate about.
Then use Claude to find video ideas
people are searching for, write your scripts,
and then structure your hooks.
Film on your phone or even your webcam.
That's what Craig did.
And his stuff blew up.
And then post consistently.
Then monetize with ad revenue.
Then stack books, coaching services,
and your own products on top,
or possibly multiple of the above,
all feeding each other.
So our client Nurse Jen is a perfect example of this.
She was watching a video just like you are right now
just a couple months ago.
She attended our live training,
and she joined our community.
And all she was doing is literally just talking about stuff
that she already talked about to her patients
on a day-to-day basis.
She just turned her camera on,
and she started recording.
This stuff is literally so easy,
so elementary to her.
But to other people, it's incredibly interesting.
And it solves their problems,
and it's very, very helpful for them as well.
Now, here's the prompt to use.
Just copy it, put it into Claude, fill in the blanks.
And then again, let it interview you
until it has enough context
to give you a really good answer.
Now, I know for 99% of you,
you are going to get the free resources in this video.
You're gonna watch the videos on my channel
and get lots of value out of it.
You might even attend the live trainings
and get tons of value out of that.
I give free stuff away at the live trainings,
like the Niche Validator, for instance, with Claude.
It's an incredible Claude tool
that people absolutely love.
And you're gonna get tons of value out of that,
and we're never gonna end up working together,
and that's completely fine.
But for the 1% of you out there,
maybe even 0.1% of you out there
that want someone to work with them one-on-one
to start a side hustle and start a personal brand
to promote that side hustle
that takes less than four hours a week
so you truly can do it on the side of your nine-to-five job,
or you want us to literally just do the work for you,

So the types of people we typically work with here
are, of course, business owners,
both online as well as some types
of in-person business owners,
YouTubers who are getting views
but they're struggling with monetization,
YouTubers who are crushing it,
but they wanna crush it even harder,
or people who want to treat YouTube like a business.
Side hustlers, nine-to-fivers,
typically older people that have a lot of experience,
they have value to give to the world,
they've had a lot of problems in their life
that they've overcome,
and they can teach other people
how to overcome those problems as well.
And typically, they're experts at something.
And the most important thing is
they want to treat YouTube
and their side hustle like a business, right?
They wanna take it really seriously.
If that sounds like you,
